Hello Guys,
Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".
Chicken Leg Fry is a popular and delicious dish where chicken drumsticks (legs) are marinated with spices and then fried until crispy and golden brown😊
Here's a simple recipe to make flavorful chicken leg fry:-
☛FOR MARINATION:-
Take 2 Chicken legs - 600 grams in a bowl & make some cuts on it.
Now add ½ tsp salt,
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 lemon juice
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Cumin powder powder
½ tsp Chaat masala
¼ tsp black pepper powder
A pinch of red food colour.
Mix & massage well.
Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate (NOTE:- For the best flavor, I recommend marinating overnight so that the spices get completely absorbed into the chicken legs.
⬗Method:-
Heat Oil - 100 ML in a frying pan.
Fry the marinated chicken legs on low flame for 5 minutes.
Flip & fry for another 5 minutes on low flame.
Flip the chicken legs. Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken legs. Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken legs. Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken legs. Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Take it out in a plate and garnish with fresh coriander or mint leaves.

Serve hot with a side of dipping sauce (like mint chutney or tomato ketchup) and a fresh salad.
