Haha! I absolutely love this Bandits game. Great fun watching you shoot those pesky alien bandits trying to pinch your plums. Haha! 🤪😆😅 I'm a huge retro game fan myself and always loved the games of the 70s, 80s and 90s too. From Atari's Asteroids, Battlezone, Tron, Missile Command, Phoenix, Astro Blaster, Scramble, Gorf, Mr Do's Castle, Pleiades, Final Fight, etc. Yeah loved them all. What's more, i have some of them on compilation game packs. Now I can play them in the comfort of my own home. Great fun!!
This reminded me of the Taito game Space Cyclone, which I think was built on the Space Invaders arcade board so a lot in common with that. Not as fruity as this though!
Space Invaders influenced so many didn’t it. Such a huge game. Hope the Aliens cured their scurvy problem in this. We’d probably have just given them some fruit if they’d asked. Nincompoops.
Before secondary school, I hung around with a guy who had a c64 and always slagged off the speccy. He wasn’t the only one…I think both are as good as each other…do you like them both the same?
I’d favour the Spectrum 48K because that’s the computer I had in childhood, that’s where the nostalgia is, the memories. The C64 is a great machine also and I’m glad I’m catching up with it as an adult.

There’s nothing like playing the old classics. It’s like being wrapped up in a nice warm nostalgia blanket. Great times continue! 🥳
As it happens I do have a nice cosy nostalgic blanket. Just right for any cold winter! 😃
Hello Nick, used to play this as a kid. It may have been a Apple ][ game first. Fun game.
Hi there Boulderdash! Hooe all is well! Is indeed a fun game for sure. Some good alien variety giving it a decent pace.
A very nice single screen shooter with a fun shield. Protect the fruit! 🍓
A fun shooter. I like the caterpillar train aliens the most! 😎👍'
I thought this might a Time Bandits game. Well not quite. But it seems pretty inventive from a simple core.
Is there a Time Bandits game? Feels like there should be? 🤔
Like a mix of Space Invaders and Donkey Kong 3, I would really enjoy this, thanks for sharing Nick .
You're welcome Emma! Thank you for watching, as always !! 😀👍

Oh it's like Spider Fighter! Check that out on Atari 2600
Have reviewed that one yes. Couple of years back. Thought the fruit thing seemed familiar. Good work! 😆👍
@@Njenkin I thought you might have done, but couldn't remember.
Enemies and Gameplay just look pretty similar to phoenix.
Definitely has a vibe 🤔
