16th Hillclimb Trier 1987 (TV Report) German Hill Climb Championship Race - Sports Cars, F2 Cars

For the 1987 Trier Hill Climb, the Route of the Trier RTT / ADAC Hill Climb was extended to 3,390 meters in order to host Races for the European Hill Climb Championship from 1988. Even without the EHC, rank and name was at the start. The fields of Formula 2 and 3, Group C Sports Cars and top Touring Cars were particularly well filled. Overall winner was the Swiss "Hill Climb King" Fredy Amweg in a Martini BMW Formula 2. Reporter Michael Karr.
