I think absolute monarchy is good way of government especially in developing states, where literacy rate is low, people don't care about social values and justice.
Absolute Monarchy का concept हाब्स ने तात्कालिक परिस्थितियों के आधार पर दिया था क्योंकि हाब्स के समय स्पेन ने आक्रमण कर दिया, चारों और भय और आतंक का माहौल था ऐसी परिस्थितियों से सामना करने के लिए और देश में एकता बनाए रखने के लिए पूर्णसत्तावाद का नारा दिया
