    Very interesting what you said about the comp class focus on building psychological resilience vs skill acquisition. Some times people (myself included) are too quick to criticize or judge and give their opinion rather than try to understand. This reminds me of your previous podcast about listening. Many of us can practice doing more listening and making less noise.
