My father was among those who were meant to be compensated by the government for what he lost during the war. He went thru all the necessary process but never got the money due to corrupt people in the system. He died 3yrs ago without getting his compensation. Museveni plays his part. It's those he trusts to carry out the process that betray him with corruption.
