Linux if ethical hacking or an professional coding but don't want to develop for iOS neither want to spend much and if you want to go in field of cybersecurity then blindly go for kali Linux and even if don't want to go for professional coding then still don't choose windows because of experience you get from Linux

If you are a beginner, I would recommend use only linux for development purposes. In starting you would struggle a lot. But after 5 years you are way ahead of people who are using mac os or windows. Like its totally a different experience to use bash scripting to automate your work or compile the python from its source code. Also it also helps you a lot when you move to the cloud. You never find mac or windows there. So for later stages of career start learning linux from starting, as a developer.

My company uses linux in development because linux is lightweight and most of laptop's with limited specs can run linux smoothly. We mostly do git commits, running ssh server or npm run build to test web applications.
Windows has a lot of bloatwares and software updates which can hamper the workflow.
Obviously mac is an expensive option.
Bhai ap video kaise record kerte hain or kaise edit kerte hain kindly apne youtube ke setup per bhi video banaen. Mujhe bhi youtube per parhana hai.
