For Gummy Distribution Lines, we use many different types of conveyors to move this special “sticky” product along. Hopper Feeders start the line by blending the different raw products together which are then transported by an incline belt conveyor up to the distribution line. Our Uni-Vibe conveyors are vibratory shakers that use embossed troughs with an electromagnetic drive to move the product toward the scales. The Layton Uni-Vibe conveyors are designed to provide a long service line with minimal issues, plus easier sanitation. Once bagged, belt conveyors will transport the gummies to scales and secondary filling locations for final packing.
