Dear Mr Endz - it took me bit of time to pull the trigger and purchase these gloves. I’m so glad I did. These gloves made a world of difference in regard to my hitting. I didn’t feel that reverberation that I was feeling when using a more known name brand of glove. Not to mention my hand and fingers didn’t ache afterward. THANK YOU for your product review. You hit (get it 😉) this one out of the park.

These gloves are surprisingly good.
I've worn many kind of gloves currently have fairtex bgv1 for bag and light spar. Rival gloves, higher end rdx as well and these sanabul are not bad. I would almost go as far as to say I like them more then my fairtex. And I know I'm going to get crucified for that . But it's the true,
My review comes from someone that has been training for over 12 years
And weekly get in about over 70 rounds of bag work, mitt work and spar combined.
I thought I would really like these gloves, but to tell the truth, my right hand knuckles started to hurt. So much so I had to take a full week off training to let them get better because it hurt to punch. My last gloves didn't have this problem. They seem like great gloves otherwise. I really don't know why they gave me this problem. just not enough padding I think
I’m impressed with these gloves for 30 dollars there great . We need 10 pairs so these are cost efficient for the kids

Weak Endz Barbell Club the only problem with them I have to say is two thins that the 16oz version is more like 17 oz and it's strong chemical smell but other then that 10/10
Nellie Eli to be honest I didn’t think much of it when I initially opened up the package. But now that you mentioned it, I do remember a little chemical smell to the 14oz as well. Now, I think I pretty much punched all the smell out 💪🏽 🥊

How are these gloves when it comes to sparring?
Depends on the sparring session: light sparring I’d say my go to, especially if you’re the more skilled boxer - great for blocks. Hard sparring - I’d go with something less padded. To be honest, for the cost - these gloves will get you through a handful of sessions before you realize you’ll need to upgrade. I recommend checking out Rival Evolution Sparring Gloves if your going thinking about durability and long lasting gloves 🥊
I do not recommend these gloves if you are a hard hitter. They gave me blisters by the second use even though I wrapped my hands sufficiently and bought the gloves in 16oz. I've used a pair of fairtex gloves ($100) and I've never gotten blisters from using them. These Sanabul gloves would be fine for softer punchers (tap tappers).
How many ounces
Would these be fine for just boxing the family in the house/backyard ? 😀
I’ve had them for more than 6 months now and that was the primary reason why I went with these. For the price and purpose (heavy bag work and light sparring) you can’t go wrong. Foam gel gives good protection against the heavy bag and absorbs punches well when blocking. 👍🏽
