Hi brother, thanks for the explanation. I have a question about Rate (NAV) in column B. I think NAV of a stock varies with market fluctuation, but you are showing it as a fixed formula. How does NAV can be determined by a formula !?
Agree. NAV fluctuates and gives us the actual return. Now to calculate future returns, we provide this expected return mentioned in video, and adjust or increase the NAV based on the expected returns. That's the reason NAV is increasing in this method. In real case nav will go up and down depending on different stocks or mutual funds. But on average NAV would increase in long term. Hope this clears the doubt
