not really for example natsu would be able too if igneel would not be in his body ... and acnologia is just one of the persons we know! every dragon slayer will be able to be a dragon when the times come!
well since natsu and the other 4 ACTUAL dragon slayers had their dragons inside of them creating antibodies in order that none of them end up turning into a dragon like acnologia.
