01/aug/2023: video shot around 15-16 monta back, promise to deliver club in 6 months and tower C by Jan 23, no way near to the commitments, I visited last week and both structure will take easily another 8-12 months.
Property seems good, decent open areas and only 4 flats per floor but they should avoid from over commitments. Jo hai sahi sahi batao aur fir becho... Abhi b nhi pata kitna time aur lagega although front 2 towers are ready but rest of the site will take 1-2 years
They are saying By March 2024, Tower C will begin possession.
This video was shot 6 months back and all promises made then to be done within 6 months are still not fulfilled yet....eg club as per the lady it was to be done by now but still on 60%..similarly tower D and many...seems a never ending project.....

Finally, very happy to see a detailed video with full coverage of the project of Assotech blith. Thanks for covering this project and asking relevant questions to the company's top management. This project was the stuck project and buyers were very much worried about the completion and their hard-earned invested money. Other than this, what is your take on the location of the project as this is one of the few projects which is located on the Dwarka EXW and direct entry from the expressway? Thanks again for your efforts. Your efforts for completing DXW is one of the main reason to motivate the developers to complete the stuck projects and give hope and relief to the buyers. Kudos to you !!
My pleasure Deepak ji. Project location is good and since it's a low density project it will be good for living. Construction quality wise what I saw was fine. This should have direct entry from Service road will would be connected to Dwarka Expressway. Many buyers of this project was in touch with me and were very worried, few years back I use to tell them that all stuck projects will get completed sooner or later as the developers would find the area lucrative and this is a live example of it. Great coverage, Prakhar. You have a knack of getting out all possible information from the builders reps, for the benefit of the future buyers. A well planned society indeed and access from both sides is definitely a plus point. A resumed project is a clear indicator of the builder's availability of funds and manpower to continue progress, rather than sinking in more money just to show progress. That part is aptly covered in your video, where work in progress is visible. Keep up the good work, and do not worry about negative comments... Remember, everyone cannot be satisfied ...

At one point of time couple of years back they were so worried and helpless. I told them back then, I'm taking the responsibility to get Dwarka Expressway completed so your homes will also get completed and now as we inch nearer towards completion of Dwarka Expressway, all such stuck projects would become lucrative for the developers. Prakhar ji, please also cover the structural integrity aspects, like govt inspections done and certified, for projects which were stuck for a few years. Also, if status of any cases that were filed on the developers and/or their group companies. This will allay buyers’ concerns around quality, delivery etc Thanks for your work

Went to see this property today and trust me everyone the layout seems great but never ever invest here...this sales fellow was so ignorant and at the same time arrogant as well...he was clueless on delays.. still this project looks like a ghost town with a handful of workers ....tower D seems like a tower built a decade back and immediately stalled then and there....
Moreover, they are increasing the rate as well.... living in day dreams...as if partial OC of front two towers and Swamih funding if approved will make them.DLF overnight...their intent everywhere not just in Blith is questionable...Assotech's proprietor Mr Srivastava is in the making of Mr Anil Sharma who once owned Amrapali....

yes.. plz tell on service road on Dwarka Expressway. Earlier you were stressing for Service road to be constructed by NHAI.. but now what is plan of Service road.
