Yes the driver of the Clio at 0:50 is in the wrong but that van driver wins a55h0le of the week for intentionally tailgating an obviously inexperienced N-driver in a dangerous manner on the motorway.

I was close to a head on crash with an idiot like that on the M1, I was in the overtaking lane and there were cars on my left so I couldn't get out of the way, I'd to slow right down to get space to get into the left lane and let the clown go past us 🙄
I have the dash cam footage somewhere still... Freaked me out it did
