Miyazaki Co., Ltd. was established in 1918. It is a sugar manufacturer that uses raw sugar and molasses obtained from sugar cane and produces it by the traditional method of boiling in a kettle, stirring, and letting it dry naturally.
We spoke with them about the circumstances that led to their acquisition of the JFS-B Standard and the changes that have taken place since acquisition.
The JFS Standard, a food safety management standard originated in Japan, has the role of ensuring food safety linkages in the food chain through third-party audits.
Why not use the JFS Standard as a license for food safety and a passport for business transactions?
