This applies to Fukase and Flower, both have a good design and good voicebank, but in some song covers their voices sound a bit grainy? I’m not sure how else to describe it. But Kairiki Bear makes some great songs with Flower

As for the gumi thing, i think the reason she has a “fever dream” look is that her eyes aren’t facing in any particular direction. One of the first things you learn when drawing characters, is that you should give the a direction to look, at the camera, off to the side ect. But shes kind of looking off into space. Which is fine but the style with the reverse sanpaku eyes sort of heightens this and gives her a psychotic/high on drugs look lol. Not to mention that green pink and orange is a bold color choice, if i where to have made this design i would have included more neutral tones and maybe desaturated it in general so those colors really popped but didnt make me feel like i was losing it. Although I actually sort of like her design, its a little zany. Its one of my favorite things about gumi considering im not actually that huge of a fAn of her voice.
Fukase is a great voice bank but you cannot make money out of it, that's why you can't put originals of him in albums so... it's so sad :/
Well, technically you can, but you have to purchase a license from Yamaha first. Tbh, I think Fukase's voice is really recognizable from other Vocaloids that it sucks that he's only known for the meme. Imagine how many original songs he could've gotten if Yamaha didn't fck up so bad and give him such strict licensing rules

the thing about crypton vocals is that every single voicebank update has been a flop and a failure and gotten nothing but complaints yet only the adult vocals (luka, kaito, meiko) still get constant shit from it to this day and had their usage slowed after the v3&v4 updates. its crazy how much of a powerhouse the vocals remain despite being widely considered as "not good" and "ruined" since their original releases

I'm not really surprised Fukase don't get that many originals, he was kind of fan-service from yamaha and as a product aimed mostly at fans rather than professional producers it's understandable that majority of music with him is covers
Also his unusual license makes him unattractive to professionals that want to make money off their music

Miku:
I agree, I think Miku has a wonderful VB and she is super easy to use. And those who didn't get into Vocaloid from a Miku song, still know who she is. People who don't even know what a Vocaloid is, know who Miku is. It's really cool that she's gotten so much popularity. I also agree that she is overused. But, that is because she's so popular and easy to use. Her design is also really cute. I wish people used her in a more??? Alto?? range? It sounds really nice. Kyaami's cover of Ghosts of the Sea is a perfect example if done right. I also hate some of the fandom's weird undying hatred for her (I'm talking the ones who take it wayyyy too far.) Like...you hate her and for what? She did not murder your family and throw your dog at a 50" flatscreen TV ya weirdos. It's fine if you don't like her voice or she's just not your cup of tea, but come on, she's just a robot.
Rin:
I love Rin's design as well. And the personality the fandom has given her. She's either super sarcastic or super childish and there's no in-between. I don't really mind the orange thing. I just see it as a snack she likes. I think it's cute. Although, I don't like her cuter songs. I much prefer the darker songs. Maybe it's because her voicebank just fits them more in my opinion? But at the same time, she really can do either so I don't know lol. I wish she got more recognition past Remote Control, Daughter of Evil, etc. The same songs that always come up with her. There are so many out there.
Len:
I'm gonna be completely honest. I don't like Len at all. His design isn't my favorite (I've thought about it a lot and I've come to the conclusion that it's the hair. I just...don't like it) and I don't really like how high pitched his voicebank is. There are only 2 Len songs I enjoy, and even then I much prefer covers of them. The fanbase for him as well...don't even get me started...
Luka:
I LOVE Luka. Her design, her voicebank, everything about her. I love her. Just like with Rin, I prefer her darker songs, but I also really like ones that can be super memey. She's my second favorite Vocaloid (Voicebank wise as SeeU's design has my heart and will always be my second favorite. I very much dislike SeeU's Japanese voicebank. I only enjoy her Korean bank while I enjoy all of Luka's banks.) I wish she was used more. She beat Miku with popularity on NicoNico at one point, and after that, she just kinda...almost dropped off? Not completely, she was still pretty popular, but she just isn't used anymore. It kinda feels as if after Luka Luka Night Fever and World's End Dancehall, she just didn't get any more recognition except for Just be Friends. She deserves better.
Kaito: (A bit long since I do have his Voicebank lmfao. I go into a bit of a rant since he was also the first one I was exposed to)
Kaito is my number 1. Out of every Vocaloid, Cyrptonloid, whatever the fuck. He's stolen my heart. I spent 200$ to get his V1 knowing that I can't even use it on my laptop. (An irresponsible purchase. I know. Don't @ me on this. I have no regrets. I wanted a legal copy. An illegal copy wouldn't do him justice in my opinion) I wish he would be used more and get more recognition. Because he DOES have SO much potential. His voicebank brings me so much happiness I cannot put into words how much I love him. But I do dislike his higher voice range with a passion. I violently hate it. Doctor=Funk Beat is the only song I can handle with it, and even then I still dislike it a bit. Cresent Moon was my first ever Vocaloid song, and will always be my favorite. (Which is probably why I love him so much lmfao) I genuinely do not understand why people don't like his voice. He sounds so unique compared to the others. He is incredibly hard to tune and to get right, which makes him even more unique. I've never understood the Kermit comments either. But I get it, not everyone's cup of tea. I strongly dislike his V3 as well. Compared to his V1 at least. Maybe it's just tuning, but songs with his V1 compared to his V3 /most of the time/ sound better. His V3 sounds so naisely. Like he's forgotten how to breathe or something. It's also not as powerful as his V1. Quality-wise, V3 is better as there are LOTS of improvements, but his V1 really is so much better unless you've become God and can make him sound like Naoto. (One group of producers managed it and it's amazing) And his fandom personality with the big brother trope..

I love Rin and Len's designs, you can tell they are twins/mirrored versions of themselves as well as distinguish them which ones who.
Rins have the bow and Len with the banana hair.

I wanted to give some of my opinions on your opinions(Sorry that my comment is really long). Miku-I actually don’t think she’s overused as much as every other Vocaloid is underused but I understand that it can be annoying to only hear new songs in her voice. I feel like it’s mostly new producers that use her exclusively because she’ll have a better chance of being noticed compared to the more obscure loid’s. I also think she sounds a lot better in covers than she does in a lot of her originals, no offense to the producers. Rin-She’s my favorite vocaloid but I was really surprised to hear you say you think her voicebank is really hard to mess up. I think that she can sound really shrill and unpleasant even when she’s being used by some of my favorite producers. Her voice is really beautiful when it’s done well though. As for the oranges I think I read somewhere it was a reference to her bow and how it’s supposed to look like orange leaves. I think it’s really cute but I’ve always associated her more with roadrollers. Len-I don’t mind all of his crude songs, I like the ones that have a point to them or are just catchy. But I feel like a lot of them only exists as to shock and disgust the listen more than to actually sound good. They also tend to be some of the worst tuned versions of him in my opinion, he usually sounds really pitchy. I don’t have a problem with most of his fanbase, I’ve seen some creepy or annoying people there but to be honest that can apply to any vocaloid fanbase at times. I think it’s just a vocal minority and I haven’t run into any weird fans in a long time. Luka-I like how different she looks from the other cryptonloids, she’s very mature/sophisticated and I love the subtle brass motive to her clothes. But yeah she was ditched pretty quickly and I was never able to really get into her. Maybe it has something to do with her v4x update being received badly and her v2 being out of date by today’s standards. Kaito- I’m glad you didn’t shit on his voicebank, since a lot of the western fanbase seems to actively hate him. It seems like he only really gets originals when it’s near his birthday anymore which is disappointing but he is extremely hard to use so it’s understandable that he gets less attention. Meiko-I love her voice, mostly for the power in it, but I think it doesn’t work for a lot of songs. I like her best when she’s singing ballads/slower paced songs since then she gets to really belt. Her v1 is also so much better than her v3. IA-I’d honestly call her underrated at least in the west since most people only seem to know her from kageruo project or one of her old songs. I really like her English voicebank and wish it was used more but most people seemed to have forgotten about it. Gumi-Honestly if where going just off vocals she’s probably the one whose the most consistently good in my opinion. I think the design of her you showed wasn’t her og art but her box art from her v4. I’m pretty sure her original art had her in a orange and yellow skirt. I don’t hate her new design but it does feel pretty cluttered in comparison to some of the other vocaloid’s like they didn’t know what they were going for. Teto- I feel like most of the people trying to correct others are just doing it to teach them about utau and other synths besides vocaloid, but it can be really annoying when they spam it especially since a lot of them don’t really explain what a utauloid is. Her design is really cute but I don’t think it matches her voice considering how deep and gravelly it is. Fukase-I’m think the reason why he doesn’t have many original songs in Japanese is because he has pretty terrible copyright laws when it comes to using him in albums. I’m pretty sure you have to contact his company to get their permission to use him beforehand and if I remember correctly you have to split some of the profits with them. He’s probably one of my favorite male banks though so it sucks. Flower-I really like flower and I especially love that she’s getting a lot of original songs now. I feel like she’s one of the most popular vocaloids and it’s nice seeing someone that isn’t a cryptonloid getting that attention. But I also feel like her voice doesn’t work for me all the time. It’s so hoarse and considering she’s one of the harder ones to tune she can sound really off when she’s singing something thats not supposed to be really rough. I also prefer her v4x design because i feel like it matches her voice more. It’s nice to see someone talk about the positives and negatives to each character. I feel like a lot of people either completely bash or praise a bank when talking about it, and I don’t mind that everyone has their own likes and dislikes, but its nice to someone with mixed opinions.

I find it interesting that you describe teto’s voice as deep and gravely, to me it tends to sound more shrill. Maybe people just make her voice too high tho, they tend to do that with vocaloids and utaus a lot
just an opinion but why does rin's item have to match her theme? it doesn't really mean she has to like something that fits her, if she likes oranges she likes oranges. luka's item is a tuna and it doesn't match her theme.

Honestly I agree with basically all of your points, I'd love to see a part 2 (I'd love to hear what you think about Gakupo and Otomachi Una!) It makes me kind of sad how producers only really "get big" with Miku or the Kagamine twins these days, I honestly would love to see all of the vocaloids shine and see how their voice banks can be used to their fullest potential! Miku is my favorite but the others need a chance too.

For a Fukase original song, I really liked Hold Fire(heartbreaker). ‘Cause I’m a Liar(Myki Robyns-p) and COMFORT ZONE(perry) were good too
I believe lens thing is bananas not strictly because of the color (well the color would definitely play a part in it) but because his bangs look like a bunch of bananas…? It’s easier to see it in older official art of him as they’ve kinda reshaped his hair over time. Rin’s thing is oranges because her bow looks like an orange’s stem leaves
EDIT: also Fukase doesn’t get many original songs because his license is super tricky. To summarize, if you make an original song with him, any and all profits that come from it HAVE to be shared with Fukase’s voice provider. It’s especially tricky for people who live outside of Japan (for example western producers) because it’s pretty much impossible to do that overseas and with a different currency system. In conclusion his license screwed him over and he never stood a chance

I would say one of my favorite VBs is Flower, they have a great range and an amazing voice overall, people are really good at tuning them, but the one thing I don’t like is people getting really pissy when other people have head cannons about them being trans or non-binary and stuff, like let people do what they want!! I’ve seen a bunch of instances of people starting arguments over someone in the comment of a video using they/them pronouns for them and it’s kind of weird
Also I know it was probably rhetorical but for original Fukase songs the only ones I could think of were COLORBARS and BROADCAST ILLUSION by Ghost and Pals, Candyman, CORROSION, lifeless, and You’re An Awful Person by R.I.P, and Love In Secret by Aku P

Yeah I've tried listening to some of Fukase's original english songs, but I'm not a big fan of R.I.P's vocaloid tuning style, and same case with how GHOST would tune vocaloid's (although everything they've released since Those Who Carried On have been bops), but I will check out Aku P!
And ya ppl can headcanon Flower or anyone else for that matter how they want, the fact that there are people out there who go into a hissy fit for how someone chooses to headcanon a fictional character is ridiculous lol

top ten reasons why rins item should be a lemon
The thing about Rin's character item being an orange is well, since it was chosen by fans I think it's because of the big bow on the top of her head looking like leaves. Also, nowadays she is also represented individually aside from Len often with the color orange, (see official merch and such), though there are a few instances in official games and such where Len instead is represented by orange, mostly it's rin. I understand your point though, but I like it that Rin and Len can have different image colors whilst still both together being represented by yellow.
A fact about GUMI's OG design (or what i think): Gumi's design is based off Ranka Lee from an anime called Macross Frontier. They both share the same voice provider! (Megumi Nakajima)
Actually Rin's character item is Orange as well as her character color (people use orange for Rin songs in concert). Rin was portrayed as having orange hair in early days of jp vocaloid fandom to differentiate from Len.

i completely agree with you on fukase but the problem is Yamaha's licensing on him is excessive, you can't use him for pretty much anything "serious" unless you get direct permission from Yamaha themselves, which can take a long time, so that's why he's underutilized

I know that there are a few songs by GHOST and AKU-P that use fukase for original songs, for example "Would you Try?", a song using Fukase's English voicebank

Miku: I love her design. The teal pigtails are iconic and a huge statement. I pretty much love everything about her box designs over the years. I find her voice fairly boring most of the time. Like it’s not bad or anything but it’s just sorta mediocre. That being said when she’s tuned by certain producers like Rishie-P she can have amazing power and sound very interesting to listen to.
Rin: My favourite vocaloid!!! I love her design smmmm especially her little headband Oml it’s my favourite. Her short hair is also very cute and overall her outfit is the perfect combo of being girly but also kinda tom-boy. There are many amazing songs where she is tuned beautifully however in some older songs she can tend to sound kind of emotionless and boring.
Len: When tuned well he sounds awesome. I really loves when producers make songs with him and Rin together because they harmonize very well. He can also be very good for backup in certain songs like Bug by kariki bear (I’m talking about the project sekai ver tho.) I’m gonna be honest I hate his hair most of the time. In some models his hair is a bit tamer which I like but in his box art it seems to stick up quite a lot which looks very unnatural to me. His outfit is fine but it feels kinda boring imo. Even tho his and Rin’s designs are very similar his doesn’t have the same charm Rin’s does imo.
Don’t even get me started on his fanbase… All I’m gonna say is they sexualize him way too much.
Luka: I absolutely adore her design. It’s very different from all of the other cryptonloids which throws me off a bit but she still looks gorgeous. Her hair looks very fluffy I wish I could brush it for her. Her voice is wonderful. It can be tricky to tune but I love girls with softer voices and she is amazing for all kinda of songs. She works really well for cute songs as well as mature songs too. I’m very conflicted on that one piece of hair. Yk exactly what I’m talking about 💀 it seems to always stay over her shoulder which i understand looks nice for photos but in mmds it’s just… it has no proper physics??? It’s like that one part of her hair is stuck to the front of her outfit which is lowkey hilarious. Anyways smash.

Meiko: Very conflicted abt her because I barely hear any songs with her. She seems very tricky to tune and I rarely see people do it well. However when tuned right… you’ve got a major power voice. She’s probably my favourite “powerful voicebank voice” next to darling. Her design is pretty boring. Not rlly much going on there but she’s still hot atleast.
Kaito: Like meiko I’m also conflicted because I barely see anyone use him let alone tune him properly. I think he’s similar to Luka in the sense that they both have softer voices but can sound powerful at the same time? But he has this sorta frog in his throat sounding thing that I dislike. In some songs I can sometimes look past it but most of the time i cant. (That is just my personal preference I personally just don’t like that kind of sound in a voicebank.) However his design is lowkey pretty cool so smash.

Okay I look back at this video and there are some things happened in the Vocaloid scene
For IA, there were actually more notable songs, Mostly from Orangestar and I love how Orangestar use her voice. IMO the best ones are DAYBREAK FRONTLINE, Kaisei(快晴) and Superhero(スーパーヒーロー)
For Miku, She was not in a good place right now as people were hating on her "NT(New Type)" Voicebank but IMO their allways be advantages to make her sound good, I was neutral to this so maaaybe I would love to hear the original song from NT and what it could do.
For GUMI, She got her own AI Voicebank and allthrough she kept her Orange and Green color pallete her avatar design was cute and her AI Voice was good!
For Flower, Cevio created their own brand called Ci Flower she may be... "Different" but she sound good as I hear the best song from her called "Catchy !?" by r-906.
For Kasane Teto, Kasane Teto has FINALLY got her commericial voicebank and have become an ACTUAL DIVA! For 15 years everyone saw her as a joke but now she is not an april fools joke anymore, Congrats Teto! TETO JUSTICE LET'S GOOOOOOー
Two songs I can think for Fukase are Broadcast Illusion and Colourbars, both songs are English but they're probs some of my favourite. So I'd suggest checking out GHOST and possibly Creep-P.

this is so late to the party but im gonna add my own opinion to mix!
Miku: I totally agree that Miku isn't "overrated", she's become a staple of pop culture worldwide and I think she deserves that spotlight, but it's nice to have that light shared with other vocaloids too. I know that Miku is so widely used because she's recognizable and familiar to most audiences, but there are some songs I literally forget were originally Miku songs because there are covers with other vocaloids that are just miles more memorable than the original. I love pinnochiop too but i would kill to see him use rin in a song, cause I'm confident he could use her really well and i think some of his songs would sound better if they were rin or another vocaloid besides miku.
Rin: Yeah she's kind of one of the more well-rounded vocaloids, I really gravitated to her voice when I was in my middle school vocaloid phase. The fruit thing I think it'd be cute if her fruit was lemons cause their yellow and it contrasts her cute and sweet persona she seems to have. Yeah Rin kind of slays, like it's hard to go wrong with her.
Len: Len can be so satisfying or really offputting depending on how he's tuned. Most of the "lewd" Len songs are just poking fun at pueberty and how awkward it is, but I hate that Len's reputation is mostly determined by young girls obsessively crushing on him. Also I think Len songs/covers often push his range WAY too high, like it hurts my ears. When every note in a song is in the stratosphere the "high" notes aren't as impactful or impressive, and when a song/cover finds this balance Len really works for me. (His whisper/growls are also amazing and should be used more!)
Luka: I love Luka's design as well, she gives off shy but caring older sister energy. I think her tone is nice but her range is sorta weak? I think it's cause she doesn't have many appends like rin/len so she can't quite achieve things that they can without sounding odd. But what she does have is solid, it's just the tuning makes or breaks her especially. Luka has some absolute bops but she should have MORE, sometime I find one if I dig enough, I can't believe how long it took me to hear black gold cause it's one of my favorite vocaloid songs. Luka has so much potential and it's like the Luka fever wore off and everyones forgotten what she's capable of.
Kaito: Yess Kaito has a very endearing personality, I think his voice provider definitely inspired Kaito's easygoing and playful attitude. His voice is very charming but very hard to use because he isn't given as much love by crypton as the other vocaloids? His voice provider is very proud of Kaito, and would probably love to work with them to make Kaito's bank stronger, but they really do negelct him. Kaito has taken on kind of a "meme" status, but he can be seriously impressive with skill and patience and if they'd improve his voicebanks I think more people would take the plunge and work with his voice. I find many covers have this "muffled" quality or do the same thing as Len and push the high range to into the unbearable zone, but when he sounds good he sounds so good?? I've seen some damn impressive Kaito tuning before and I hope that continues to get popular and sort of boost his name in the eyes of vocaloid fans, who right now seem to either love or hate him.
Meiko: OK completely disagree, I'm a sucker for Meiko's bright and lively voice. I think when tuned right she's one of the most realistic sounding cryptonloids, but it's rarely done because once again they neglect her much like they do Kaito. I also think she suffers a bit from not having the "cutesy anime girl" appeal that Miku Rin and Luka have, her features are more realistic and she's depicted to be more adult-like. I feel like she could be as big as Gumi is now if she was given better quality software and marketed with more emphasis on her character, cause she does feel kinda bland compared to the others. I totally slept on her until I found kyaami's the snow white princess is cover, that song is 100% Meiko's in my eyes.
IA: Her voice is lovely, can't go wrong with it but does feel like it's lacking in variety in how she's used. Like she sounds the same to me in two totally different songs by different producers. Her design is really cute but I feel like she's lacking a lot of personality that other vocaloids are given by fans, like compared to Fukase who's given a very silly and mischievous personality I feel like I don't know who IA is, just what she sounds like. But damn she does sound good, I just haven't heard anyone really push her the way I've seen with other vocaloids with arguably worse voicebanks. Would love if she had more titles to her name, the ones she does have are iconic and timeless.
Gumi: I LOVE Gumi and I'm genuinely surprised people don't like her more? Her voice/tone is so unique and pleasant, I've been seeking out Megumi Nakajima's other voice work because I just love how she sounds so much. Gumi's original design is kind of atrocious, but I think her current design works really well. Gumi just has so many originals that showcase her range and how stable her voicebank is, I think she's easily a 2nd place on the podium next to Miku and rightfully so. I only wish she sounded a bit more expressive/emotional at times, like if I wanna listen to a cover of Ghost Rule I just know vflower could do a better job than Gumi in most cases. Gumi works and sounds wonderful, I just feel like she's missing that "edge" that other vocaloids have.
Teto: UTAU sometimes sounds way nicer to me than vocaloid, and Teto can either sound really crusty or bursting with emotion and personality. Some producers know EXACTLY what their doing with Teto and I love seeing her collab with vocaloids on occasion! I'm so glad this april-fools vocaloid turned into a free to use, high quality voicebank, but UTAU is a difficult program to learn so she can end up sounding choppy to inexperienced users. Teto and the other vipperloids all suffer from bland/boring or outrageous "wtf" design choices, but I feel like she could be more visually interesting. She has some cute MMD models that give her a bit more flare and help her stand out more.
Fukase: Fukase solves all my problems with IA besides the not having many originals to his name, I can't even remember any off the top of my head. His design looks like if junji ito and tim burton collabed to design an anime protaganist, and I love it, it's totally new and refreshing amongst the other vocaloid designs. And his voice, ugh it's so good but tuning definitely makes or breaks him. I think he handles the higher ranges better than Len and Kaito at times, but his lower range is under utilized at times? That balance is really important to me cause Fukase can sound so dynamic and fluid in the right hands. He is a little funky guy, but I hope he can be taken a little more seriously and find use outside of just covers and memes.
Vflower: Vflower has been getting really popular lately and honestly, it's deserved but she's so hit or miss for me sometimes cause in some songs she sounds so gravely it's like is this Kaai Yuki's growl or Vflower? Also agree her tomboyish personality/design helps her stick out, and even her more feminine design is very alternative inspired, she's an alt/gender nonconforming icon. Their voice isn't as realistic to me others but I don't think she's meant to and I like her sound, just really depends on tuning for me cause she's either clear and powerful vocally or sounds really muffled and crusty to the point I can barely understand the song. I think IA deserves what Vflower has going for her right now.

I agree with most of these, but only have opinions to share on 3 Vocaloids
Miku, she's really iconic. Even if someone doesen't know Vocaloid, there's a high chance they'll know Miku. I love her design too, it's kinda simplisitic, but very recognisable. Like, you see a character with blue pigtails and your mind automatically goes to Miku. She's fun to draw, too.
But on the down side, she's kinda, I dunno, bland to me. I know I was calling her iconic a second ago, but I think the reasons I feel this way is because I see her everywhere, she's overused as hell, and sometimes I just kinda get sick of her
Len, I love how versitile his voice is. It can fit any song, from dark ones, to upbeat and cheery ones, to cutsey ones. I just adore how it sounds overall, it's very cute to me, so is his design. I also love how the fandom memes the hell out of him lol
But I don't like how oversuxualised he is in the community. I don't wanna be that annoying SJW going "hE's onLy 14, mAkinG leWd sOngS wiTh hiM is GrosS", while I kinda agree, at the end of the day, he is just a voicebank. And the whole idea of Vocaloids is that people can make them sing any song they want and portray them as any character they want (they can also portrayed with a different age), and those songs shouldn't be discredited just because of the voice the producer happens to be using (like, Sacred Spear Explosion Boy, Gigantic OTN, Plus Boy? They all fricking slap) But I just find it odd how the community picked him spesifically to have this lewd persona, especially considering how young he is. Like, how did this trand start?
Fukase, like you, I really love his design, it's very unique and I've never seen anything like it. His voice is too. He can be intrerpreted with a lot of different ages and personalities. I also really like this chaotic memelord persona the fandom has given him lol
But although he is pretty popular, he's mostly used for memes and covers. Which sucks, since he has an amazing voice, and has one of the best English voicebanks. I feel like this is a very unpopular opinion, but I absolutely hate when people make Flower's voice higher pitched. Like in the Colors series (although Galleria is the one exception I give for her higher pitched voice sounding fitting) her voice is set to be higher pitched, and i honestly think it just sounds *bad*.... A lot. The same thing goes for Luka tbh, like in the Dreamin' Chu Chu song. I just really don't like how they sound pitched up

Dragon valley and sunshine fortress is one of my fav Fukase songs. Maybe it's not the best tuning but I really love the melody and story.
Let's see... (famous vocaloids/UTAUs mention):
-Miku's voice is too high pitched. Producers use her the most because she is the most recognised so she'll give them probably more views than,let's say,using Gachapoid. She's the cutest tho.
-Rin's my least favorite "recognized" vocaloid. I can't stand her voice! I like that in most medias she's the cheery out of the Kagamines (which I see as siblings, I mean...)
-Len's voice is perf. He stands out but he's not annoying. Downside...how they redesigned his hair.
-Luka's design is perfection. The deep voice goes well with it. I can't find an immediate flaw.
-Kaito's voice sometimes cracks. Otherwise great voice. Love his colors and haircut but man...those boots ain't looking good.
-Meiko...I don't like her. Her updates don't give her justice. Her voice is more robotic than Kaito's and her design is the most forgettable out of the Big 6.
-IA's design is good,her voice is ok.
-Gumi's chara designs look weird (look up in the comments for the reason) but love her. I would buy her if I had to become a producer. She's higher quality than the big 6.
-Gakupo's voice works so well with Luka. I like his samurai design. Eggplant.
-Teto's an UTAU. She's ok. I don't like how she's the only recognised UTAU. Out of the big 3 I love Momo. Defo is trash,sorry.
-Fukase's voice is annoying but I listened to a few songs that use his deeper voice...it changed my mind.
-Flower...well it should be understood by now that I don't like voices that sound too robotic. Maybe that's why I mainly listen to Utaite covers nowdays.
Special mention: all the poor vocaloids who got buried under the dust. Special RIPS to Piko and Miki.

I know a lot of people won’t agree with me, but I really don’t like vflower or teto. With flower she just sounds very nasally and grainy to me. I think I just prefer smooth and clear vocals more. But sometimes there are song where she sounds clearer and she sounds amazing. And with teto, I don’t really know what I don’t like abt her tbh, I think it’s the way ppl tune her. There are some covers/songs I rlly like with her, but most of the time, I don’t like the way she’s tuned

Meiko’s name would be pronounced like May-ko (as in the month of May). The Japanese /eh/ sound from “e” and /ee/ sound from “i” combine to make an /ay/ sound like in “may” or “hay.”
This is an interesting video, and I agree with Rin! Her item should be a lemon; yellow, and it has a bit of a bite (Lost One’s Weeping, anyone?)
I feel like the video might be improved if you slowed down a bit while talking. Sometimes the words were very rushed or said in too low a voice, and I couldn’t understand them! Captions could also help, too!

The Rin hate thing is really correct imo, lemons would be much better. Whenever you see lemons illustrated, they usually have two leaf things coming out of them like how rin's bow works. Also, lemons are yellow - which makes it even better.
