EASY AND DELICIOUS DESSERT! STRAWBERRY CLAFOUTIS!

Hello, I'm Anna!! Welcome to my channel!! In this video I will explain step by step on how to make a Clafoutis. Clafoutis is a French cake, whose original recipe is made with cherries, its dough is similar to that of crepes.
Ingredients:
390 ml whole milk
350 gr washed strawberries
200 gr flour
150 gr sugar
80 gr of milk cream (heavy cream)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Icing sugar to taste. Baking pan is 28 cm diameter (11.02 inches)
