Shiny Dinos is another amazing mod and it's one that I can't imagine not using it on every playthrough. It's just so much fun plus, TARDIS! I mean, what more can you say?? Thanks for these spotlights TBF, this is def something that's missing in the Ark Mod space! We appreciate you so much! (Also, good editing, timestamps and everything!)
What we admins on our server cluster (and our players) would LOVE, would be the ability of breeding and inheriting special attributes at a 50% base to the next generation if mated with a normal version of that same animal species. Example: one parent was normal, the other parent was holographic. The baby inherits 50% holographic transparency for the entire body, or only some color regions inherited from the holographic parent are 100% transparent but the color regions inherited from the normal parent are also normal. I think, you get the idea.
I have the mod on my singelplayer. but it dont pop up text when they spawn. and where do I find the setting to change or take on the no herbonation if I need that for it to work
any idea how the holographic special works? im riding around on mine trying to see "high lvl dinos" and nothing is happening for me by default. is there a button or something to trigger it?
when i use the shiny dino tracker I do not get a map like you do, it just does nothing, we have shiny dinos on the server and they are also working and we can look around for them and tame / kill but the tracker does not work, is there something special you have to press or do?
So i have this mod enabled but when I go to where it says the shiny is there's never anything there? I'm on an unofficial server with 1 other person on console. Does console stop them from spawning?
It gives the approximate location of the dino, you might need to look around a bit before finding em. Can sometimes be a radius of 200m or so, using default settings (you can change it in the settings tho). Couldn't find a shiny dimetrodon in the woods because it was very small, but a shiny Mammoth is easy to spot.
There used to be a soap in the mod, bar of soap. Not sure if that's still a thing. If you also have the dino storage mod, you can throw the Argy out. Underwater
Heya bud i just d/l shiny Dinos everything seems to be working but i can not see the script you have there in my GUS so how do i get to see it and yes all folders can been seen so it is not hidden just trying to find how to modify it some how (i will also write this in the latest vid you have done too much thanks )
If he hasn't answered yet, it's all default. On the mods page, there's a link to all these codes. Anything you want to change, you have to copy and paste those to the gameusersettings.ini. Anything you want to leave alone, you don't have to paste that code

Do the shiny Dino’s lose that rainbow aura after taming? I tamed a midnight mammoth and after taming it no longer glowed. I’d like to keep that glow.

can you take the enraged shiny essence and use it?

Does it also add dinos or just turns your existing ones into shinys? I dont want to add abberation dinos or wyvern to my map yet.

What would you put the spawn interval min and maximum too if you wanted there to be alot? Asking cause it shows like 3200, is that like seconds? Or?
Yes they count in seconds. You go to the shiny amount and change it to however much.

u say managarmr's are useless i have 2 words to say gen and aberration vanilla settings its like having a flyer on a no flyer map
