Another of my favs. Daedalus uses the Lamp of Electra to force Newton to work for him. Newton, aware of the consequences of the Lamp towards his friends, has no choice but to accept. But what will happen if Herc shows up to try and save his friend?
Who didn't run around as a kid in the 60s singing the Hercules theme song? Well I sure as heck did! lol Hercules!
They sold those Hercules rings in the stores
@user-kk-7jq2rp1s : I wonder how many kids who bought a Hercules ring had raised their ringed fist to the sky, maybe yelling “Zeus!” , and expected magic lightning bolts to descend on them and give them super human strength, only to get disappointed?
I never went around singing the Hercules song, or any other cartoon theme. I was going around singing the songs from a certain vocal group with funny looking hair from Britain.

this show is on dvd but its not complete i hope the complete series will one day come soon to dvd
130 five minute episodes were produced for syndication in the 1963-'64 season.
i do hope it will be on a complete series dvd set one day soon
Myself, I was recently reminded of these old cartoon shorts of the Mighty Hercules from a coworker, who himself viewed them as a young child. I vaguely remember them myself. Thanks!

Johnny Nash signs the theme, Jimmy Tapp did the majority of the voices, this show was awesome. And Willamene was always kidnapping Helena - some kind of lesbonic subtext going on there.
Thanks for the laugh. Something like Xena and her very close female friend I guess. I can see clearly now.
I always thought it was because Willomine had a serious crush on Herc, and so was deeply jealous of Helena, and believed that if she got Helena out of the way, then Hercules would “just have to” summit to her “charms” or so she thought.
