Because you miss it Now that you have done the current chapter, take some time to think about it, You do everything you can do, every possible challenge and what’s next? You missed when it still have progress to experience, boredom, You comeback just to experience it for once more, when it still special, when it still have something to offer, The theory is this is not a first time you time travel back (and probably won’t be last) implied by you own character expression, You literally dont give a f- about cruel king turning into a pile of snow at first and casually get ice dagger, or when bubonic plant fall, What I’m trying to say is “You” have seen it before, countless time, to the point that you doesn’t get surprised by it anymore, you get it all perfect but still return because you can’t let it go, you know it’s real deep when the game tie it lore to the gameplay because when you basically start new file, “You” travel back in time again fresh new for the reason you yourself obviously know well, Timeloop can change the world view of character and as much as i can say that “It’s just a game, a set of code, a set of dialogues” but you keep going, time after time, searching for the experience and found Nothing This is pretty similar to Flowey from Undertale as they experience every possibility and become bored, think about it you eventually play diffrently for diffrent file, sparring a sleepy knight and leave jim, it’s supposed to be like that kind of “It’s bad but, I have to know what will happen if-” but it kinda got ruined by existance of badge that clearly tell you “hey, do that and you got this cool badge or thing i guess” instead of letting you find out by yourself… What im trying to say is “You” didn’t fail but “You” Want to Experience it.
I hope they also tell you that SHIFT (or the dash button for your device) allows you to go through dialogue faster and functions as a back button in combat and some menus.

You should always have onr save file that is required for speedrun only, for things like this so you can easily delete them without problems.
