    Echoing thanks for this vid... quick clarification - when you state "...it's important to note that you need a number that's not currently active in WhatsApp Business to start this process..." Does this mean I have recently added a mobile number to WhatsApp Business but there hasn't been any activity of sending or receiving messages in order to integrate into HS? Thanks in advance

    Nice video Fuelius .. question. When you are working with a team of ( let's say ) 10 salesmen and you have 1 WhatsApp business account. How does each individual comunicate with their own contactpersons in HubSpot ? Do you need only ones a first conversation to log and from there work from HubSpot ?

      "With a single WhatsApp Business number connected multiple users can communicate via this channel/number.
      Users with access to the team inbox can then collaborate and respond to messages using the WhatsApp Business account within the conversations inbox."

    Hi, Can I connect multiple whatsapp numbers to hubspot? As I am owner of a office and I want to monitor all my employees activity on whatsapp business, like I want to audit are they responding timely to the customer, etc.

    So I’m trying to connect the WhatsApp account on the hubspot CRM
    But I’m currently having difficulties setting it up

    Hey - there have been some updates to this so have you seen less functionality? I cant click the personalise message within the templates tool in Hubspot and also cant sync templates that have images.

      Hi and thank you for commenting. I have spoken to our tech team and it looks like you can't currently use AI or bots with the WhatsApp integration for HubSpot

      @@fuelius it should be possible to trigger via http requests the openai api to receive ai powered answers, shouldn't it?

      Hi, you need Professional or Enterprise versions of Marketing Hub or Service Hub and a WhatsApp business account and phone number in order to use the integration

      @@agoogleuser6937 Hi, at 0:05 when the title appears in the video, we specify which plan you need for this feature at the top.
      We also specify the same information in the description of the video "This feature is currently available to Marketing Professional & Enterprise and Service Professional & Enterprise customers."

    Hey man, thanks for the information. So, I already have configured a phone number within a WhatsApp Business Account. Then, when I try to connect the channel to HubSpot it says it is not availble to use. If I understand you well, I cannot do any number configuration outside the HubSpot integration panel otherwise I'd receive the error?

      I believe he meant that this number cannot be active in any other account... the only way it makes any sense!@@amartilianom
