I can't imagine myself having the mental fortitude and patience to endure a road trip in the situation you found yourself in, Vera. I have been in slow traffic and traffic jams, but nothing like that. How you stayed so cool was amazing. I realize you didn't have much choice, but I would probably been screaming and cursing the whole time! My hat is off to you and you fellow travelers!!!!
Lol Thank you. We knew that the only way we could pull through was to stay calm, otherwise we would have it tougher. The situation was messy already, I had to have fun or find something amusing to get by.
@@Chiefvera Good for you, Vera. Maybe I would have needed to practice a little Zen meditation. Thanks for this video, hope you do more road trips (without the traffic jams, haha)!!!
The way my eyes opened up when the road freed up after 4 corner lol. I've never seen traffic so bad in Enugu 😬 Hopefully traffic wasn't as bad the next morning. In Amechi, we make abacha with akidi too in addition to the other variations, but I think that's my fave. It's just so sweet 😋
Dalu Nne. Isi gburu ebenile even on the bad road you just showed now he is there. Money used for those boards would be enough to build a valuable project in the state. Nigeria and her type of leaders, ike gwuru!
The traffic in Enugu lately is terrible talk more of this festive period, I dread getting stuck in traffic for so long hence why I stalled traveling back home for Xmas but it’s inevitable this new year 😅 Nice one ma’am 👍🏾
Man, that's tough, I don't know if I have that type of patience in me anymore, especially after being spoiled here in the States! Nne, thank you for everything.
This journey must have been on Tuesday, 4th. The traffic involved both new 4-corner and old 4-corner. Wifey is from Ihe and they're wonderful people😎. Their abacha is almost always with Akidi and I think it's considered a special delicacy. Kudos to you and your new friend
