I just followed your instructions & got a 50 Gang Car running great (in 25 minutes), after it had been in a 1972 flood, and spent the next 50 years in some guy's basement.

Good info. I bought one last year. Someone installed the brushes so that they were up in the sockets and the springs rubbing on the armature!

Did you have to replace them and if so, where did you find them. I need new ones for mine and am having trouble tracking them down

Great video. I wonder if the modern fastrack bumbers can handle the gang car. I ask as I was just gifted a gang car and I run fastrack..

I need to get some replacement brushes for mine. Outside of a used donor unit, do you know where to get new ones and their part number?

I’ve seen them sold on eBay but haven’t had to buy any.

Nice work, except for the power screwdriver, how many screws have been ruined?
