Just a tip for race day (coming from a d1 distance runner) - carb load with a BIG meal 2 days before then have a easily digestible one the night before
Literally right when you said to “mix peanut butter into your Greek yogurt” I just put down my empty bowl of peanut butter and Greek yogurt. 😂 SO GOOD!!
I’m terrible with water too, but I found that whatever size water bottle I have, I will pretty much only drink that in a day, so I bought a 40 oz water bottle and now I manage to get one in by lunch and another by dinner. It’s helped so much!

I am runner and lam training for another half so just wanted to say you’re having trouble with carb loading for race day, try carb loadng two days before your race instead of the night before you’re race then just eat normally that night!!

U inspired me to sign up for a half marathon in feb :’) I was using the Hal higdon novice training plan however I was two weeks into my training when my hip started feeling wonky & now I’ve just been working core and glutes in hopes to resolve the issue since. Have you dealt w hip pain in ur training / do you have any tips?
Kylie personally I feel like if you had to pull your dress down and you felt uncomfortable and even had to question if it was short then the best option at that point was to change into something that would make me feel comfortable for church. :) much love

Kite Hill vegan vanilla Greek yogurt is the only vegan yogurt I've enjoyed and it's REALLY good. Highly recommend as an alternative!! Kinda pricey tho
