Kapag wala kang binabayaran, you’re considered as Iskolar ng Bayan, pero may mga private and public orgs pa rin na nag-ooffer ng financial assistance which is also called as “Scholarship” also. Ganito na lang, nakakapag-aral ka ng libre pero wala kang allowance, ngayon need mo mag-apply sa mga scholarship program para bukod sa wala ka ng binabayaran sa school, eh may nakukuha ka pang pera or allowance

hi! i got blacklisted sa pup last school year and until when ako blacklisted? nag pre enroll kasi ako with a different course kasi naubusan ako ng slot with my actual course and i want to enroll to a new school that's free dahil pandemic, di kaya finances. nagaaral ako sa TIP QC rn and iniba nila scholarship guidelines huhu plan ko lumipat sa mga state unis.

last year pinanood ko din toh, and now nagbabalik ako because nakapasa ako sa PUP-MANILA (BSIE) and TUP-MANILA (BSCE) but as much as I want to pursue BSCE sa TUPM ayaw akong payagan ng parents kk due to financial situation 😭

alam ko nahiya ka lang pero dapat number 3 ang PUP instead of PLM LOL! actually dati talaga lamang ang PLM pero recently naungusan na ng PUP ang PLM in a lot of areas (except sa medicine and allied courses kasi wala naman nito sa PUP)....
Kung p'wede lang beh, pero nag-based din kasi ako sa mga survery and ranking na na-release no'ng 2019 eh. Pero regardless of the ranking, atleast they're molding future professionals for our country.
