@@n.1654 It was very difficult, I took 3 hours & 30 minutes, having to go to Google and yt to know if the lyrics were right, and I had to listen carefully at elegy, it had lyrics but, the background lyrics for it were hard to hear, same with solitude. Dancing naked has lyrics too, they hard to understand because, they sound like background noise for the music.

I did find Elegy very difficult to understand the lyrics, because I had to play it a little faster to match the tempo (I combined them at 120% of the normal speed. You can read more about the speed of each song and the pitch of the sound compared to the original in my How to make Mashup video if you want).
When it came to Dancing Naked, I didn't even know if it was lyrics anymore or treated as background noise, in fact I was thrilled that the lyrics said so. And I like the vocals very much :D

I love that this one doesn't fall back on the same general chorus like BGH and is much more like a pure mashup of everything. Wonderful work!

His music is very cool, and I can't possibly produce the same quality, but I thought that some of the songs he didn't incorporate would be suitable, so I incorporated a lot of them for the first time, and I'm glad you liked them!

I think so too! While the general chorus from the BGH is really good, with 3 iterations it gets a bit repetitive. I really appreciate this take on the TheFatRat mashup!

Yes, his mashups come to mind, and there are certainly places where I took a hint from him and created my own.

Damn, this deserves much more views. While tbh this could use a bit of tweaking with some of the lyrics parts, especially the beginning, I think this is a breath of fresh ahir after the chorus from the BGH TheFatRat mashups! I the segement from 1:33 because of how well the lyrics go with the background track! Nice job. One tip I could give is that don't be afraid to use songs entirely on their own. Sometimes you just need one powerful song solo and continue from there. Also for some lyrical parts like 3:30 you could tone down the background a little or at least the main beats to make it so the lyrics and track aren't fighting each other.

First of all, the combination of Warrior Song and, Threnody is completely original, and although there are many people who have made Thefatrat mashups, I have not heard this combination anywhere else. That's why I thought it would be fresh.
Thanks for the advice. I was also very worried while making it whether using a song by itself can really be called a mashup. It is true that a powerful song may not reflect well when combined with other songs. Next time, as a prototype, I will try to incorporate parts of the song on its own.
I could certainly lower the volume of the background music at 3:30, as the calm vocals are playing, and I believe it would have impressed the viewer more...
@@n.1654 I can see your way of thinking for having both vocals and instrumental. It can be very powerful, but in my opinion for mashups you need to be careful because parts of songs weren't originally meant for a certain instrumental. But I'm not trying to bring you down! This is still really good, and you'll get better as you try! Some parts REALLY work, like the Jackpot + Rule the World segment or Close To the Sun + Origin at 8:30. Keep going!

I decided to make TheLabRat the original part of the mashup, since this mashup will be the one I created after I discovered TheLabRat, that's why the song is playing in all parts.
It is true that Elevate is hard to hear, next time I make it, I will work on adjusting the volume so that every song can be heard, thank you for your feedback:)

I have admired bgh's Mashups for a long time, he is the one who inspired me to create Mashups. However, it is not good to imitate his work, so I wanted to make my own work if I could. It is obvious to anyone who listens to his mashups that he uses a lot of orchestra, but I felt that this detracted a little from the quality of TheFatRat's music. Not that there is anything wrong with the orchestra, but I felt that the orchestra was a little too prominent. I don't have the skill to make an orchestral remix, so I took advantage of that and used only TheFatRat songs and didn't incorporate anything extra, and I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Thank you!
