If you turn on the subs, this song is all about the covid situation all over the world. The rap part sort of describes the danger of the pandemic/ virus if people are not careful (the reason for its "harshness"). The fun part of the song reminds us that despite having covid, we can still have fun and yet be responsible for one another.
It makes sense when you realise it's about covid. The head of the World Health Organisation even promoted it lol. There's actually a lot of Kpop songs that don't follow traditional song structures.
If you read the lyric from the beginning, song is about covid, the first part is about how people are getting bored, being on the edge of patience and questioning life in the middle of pandemic.
the trap part in the middle is about the consequences of being selfish and spreading the virus.
the last part is about acceptance and just enjoy you time at your own house party.
That is SUPER JUNIOR, they are different. that's why we love them you will be amaze by their voices and they really are crazy. Its all about COVID thats the main purpose of the middle section.
"This is crazy" "crazy fun" yeah, that's exactly how you can describe SJ in general 🤣. Yes they are 9 so as you said they each have a style but they are all crazy, "uncle" Siwon is one off the craziest so having a garden party with him is a great idea. You'll notice that we Elf (fandom name meaning everlasting friends, as written on the cake in the video) won't be offended if you don't like something, because we know you'll always find something about them you'll love, they have 700 songs, so there's always something for everyone. SS4- Super Show 4). To be completely honest I was also shocked by the change, but is a song about a pandemic so yeah now that I get it, I like that part because after the "evil" part it all goes back to normal and even better. 💙💙
Super Junior or SuJu or SJ debuted on Nov. 6, 2005 so yeah they've been around for a long time now.. House Party is the title track for their 15th Anniv album.

25:07 ~ 25:17 This song is about Covid, so I think the whole song structure is pretty fitting.
The early part of the song whn it's all happy, vibey and party-ish is literally us pre-Covid.
And then the trap part which u dun like is whn the whole Covid situation went outta hand, and the whole world was in a mess with lockdowns & battling against Covid (hence the warzone).
And then finally whn it's all happy again is us all comin outta Covid ✌🏼 and re-pickin up our lives.
The song is about covid, staying in home, not going outside, etc. It was released during the pandemic.

Super junior (or suju) it's so different. And yeah they are a little bit older. They debuted in 2005 and they are still really REALLY popular.

Well, in my opinion it is important to understand lyrics. And in this case it is crucial to this concept. Lyrics are about Pandemic restrictions and rules…. So if you deviate the consequences can be serious (that’s why the change up in the middle).

The switch seems to confuse a lot of people but it perfect sense to me. Where I'm from we were in the middle of our biggest house party when covid came in and just changed the mood, killed the party. So when I see this video it really is a reminder of that time. I mean we were partying when the shutdown order came down.

also, the way this broke you... I as a fan was also broken it made me feel like the song was "ruined" it took me several listens to get into the verse, but the lyrics clarify the whole mood. I juts cant thank you enough for being so raw and honest on this react (love the longer videos as well)
it is SM. it how they do their songs for a long time. at least at the main track songs as i know. so i knew it was coming even before that part came. no suprise there for me.
i wish SJ never put into it too. in their old songs they didn't have that kind of different songs in one song and it was what i liked the most before abt them.
