    I tried this receipe with a little variation... I increased the sauf amout and it comes out yummy first time I made it.... In sasural i m from banaras and loved your banarasi bharwa lal mirch aachar

    दीदी, बहुत मस्त आचार है । 🙏plzz ye बताइये किं कलौंजी साबुत हि क्यो डालते है, पीसकर क्यो नही?
    औरं एक बात : मसाले में mustered oil डाला हो औरं बाद में Groundnut oil चलता है क्या?

      वैसे तो कलौंजी को सीधे लोग बीज का इस्तेमाल करते है, इसे पीसने की जरुरत नहीं, आप इसे पीस कर भी इस्तेमाल कर सकती है।
      तेल हमेशा एक ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए क्यू कि अलग अलग तेल से स्वाद बदल जाता ह।

    My granny used the same ingredients but she never added jeera. Two more things which is used was Saunth(dry ginger powder) and Black Salt. Very nice video.

    Hello Meena ji, I love Laal Mirch ka Achar.but whenever I made this earlier,wo kharab ho jata tha. This time before Quarantine I made this Achaar with ur recipe,and it is very teasty and it's absolutely fine.

      Please wash and dry mirchi under sun for 2 to 4 hours...so that no water content is left. Achar kharab hone ka reason hai pani ka reh jana...aur container ko bhi garam paani se dho kar achhe se sukha lein

    Please wash and dry out mirch let there be no content of water around , chahe wo jar me ho haath me ho ya mausam thoda barish wala. Aur saare masale saatg me fry kr sakte hein

    मैडम, धन्यवाद! यह बनाया. 3-4 दिन हो गए, 3-4 और दिनों में खाने लायक हो जायेगा.
    मैडम, आसानी के लिए कुटी लाल मिर्च का अचार बनाने की इच्छा है. क्या इसी विधि का मसाला काम आ जायेगा? यूट्यूब की विधियों में उसमें विनेगार डाला गया है, क्या आपकी विधि का मसाला व अच्छी मात्रा में तेल डालने के बाद भी उसमें विनेगार डालना होगा? कुटी मिर्ची में ऐसा क्या है? कृपया सलाह दें. धन्यवाद!

      विनेगर की जगह आमचूर पावडर डालिये आपको विनेगर डालने की जरुरत नहीं , आप एक बार वीडियो फिर से देखिये और उसी तरह से बनाइये, बहुत अच्छा बनेगा,

      Namak garam tel mein dalne se woh jaldi tel mein mix ho jaayega isliye humne namak garam tel mein dala hain. Aap chahe toh normal tel mein bhi dal kar mix kar sakte hain.
