वैसे तो कलौंजी को सीधे लोग बीज का इस्तेमाल करते है, इसे पीसने की जरुरत नहीं, आप इसे पीस कर भी इस्तेमाल कर सकती है। तेल हमेशा एक ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए क्यू कि अलग अलग तेल से स्वाद बदल जाता ह। धन्यवाद्
My granny used the same ingredients but she never added jeera. Two more things which is used was Saunth(dry ginger powder) and Black Salt. Very nice video.

Please wash and dry mirchi under sun for 2 to 4 hours...so that no water content is left. Achar kharab hone ka reason hai pani ka reh jana...aur container ko bhi garam paani se dho kar achhe se sukha lein
