1959 ഡിസംബർ 22 നു ജനിച്ച ഞാൻ ❤️❤️ ആദ്യത്തെ വരി എഴുതി പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോഴാണ് അച്ഛന്റെ ചെമ്പ് തകിട കഥ കേൾക്കുന്നത്. എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ വന്ന ഒരു അനുഭവം പറയാം. ഞാനിപ്പോൾ എറണാകുളത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്ന വീട് 2016 ൽ ഒരു ബിൽഡറോട് വാങ്ങിയതാണ്. ഏതാണ്ട് ആറുമാസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് അടുക്കളയുടെ മുകളിലുള്ള എയർ ഹോൾ വൃത്തിയാക്കുമ്പോൾ ഏതാണ്ട് ഒരടി നീളമുള്ളരണ്ടറ്റവും അടച്ച ഒരു അര ഇഞ്ച് പിവിസി പൈപ്പ് കിട്ടി.കയ്യിൽ എടുത്തു നോക്കി, ഉള്ളിൽ എന്തോ കിടക്കുന്നതായി ശബ്ദം കേട്ടു. രണ്ടറ്റവും end cap ഇട്ട് ഒട്ടിച്ചിരുന്നുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ആ പൈപ്പ് മുറിച്ചു. അപ്പോൾ ഒരു ചുവന്ന പേപ്പറിൽ പൊതിഞ്ഞ് ചുവന്ന നൂലിട്ട് കെട്ടിയ അറബി അക്ഷരത്തിൽ എന്തൊക്കെയോ എഴുതിയ ഒരു ചെമ്പു തകിട് ചുരുൾ കിട്ടി. എന്റെ ഉള്ളിലുള്ളവൻ ഈ ചുരുളിലുള്ളവനെക്കാൾ വലിയവൻ എന്ന നല്ല ഉറപ്പുള്ളതുകൊണ്ട എനിക്കതൊരു തമാശയായിട്ടാണ് തോന്നിയത്. കത്തിച്ചുകളയാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾഅലുമിനിയം ഫോയിൽ പോലെ ചെമ്പ് തകിട് കത്തില്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി. അവസാനം കത്രിക കൊണ്ട് ചെറുതായി കട്ട് ചെയ്ത് കക്കൂസിൽ ഇട്ട് ഫ്ലഷ് ചെയ്തു കളഞ്ഞു. ദൈവത്തിനു സ്തോത്രം.
ശെടാ ഇത് ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ വരികൾ എഴുതിച്ചേർക്കുകയാണ്. അന്യഭാഷയെ കളിയാക്കിയതും പാസ്റ്റർമാരെ ഓടിച്ചതും.. എന്റെ ജീവിതം ഏതാണ്ട് അച്ചന്റെ ജീവിതം പോലെയാണ്. ഞാൻ അബുദാബിയിൽ അധ്യാപകനും ആയിരുന്നു..
വീണ്ടും... ബിഷപ്പ് സാം മാത്യുവിന്റെ കുടുംബ വീട് നാട്ടിൽ എന്റെ അയൽപക്കമാണ്.
