My Story - Seek Him, You WILL FIND HIM

- This a brief telling of my personal story and how as I sought after God in the midst of pain, hurt, insecurities God met with me and showed up. He shows up every time - maybe not in our timing - but he never fails.
Jeremiah 29:13 - You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart
This is a promise and its true - I've seen it.
Farther God I want to seek your face tonight because I have never seek your face before in Jesus name I pray Aman lord.
We need to pray for the salvation of every person on the planet. God is willing for none to perish. We also need to pray that God will speed up the saintification of His children and that we all will be walking out our callings. That God will turn us into a spiritual army and that we all will reach a new level in Him.
We are wired to want a feeling first. The way we seek God is first to be born again. Secondly is to seek Him (see Psalm 26). Thirdly feelings will come not based on your situation but based on His promises that He loves us.
This path takes work and resolve. God requires us to seek Him. Unlike an earthly father who we can just go and hug and get a hug back, God requires us to seek him and trust Him. When we purpose to trust Him we receive his presence and His blessings here on earth. But we also may experience a lack of his felt presence for a season. That does not sound like love. But for whatever reason, God purpose is to use those times, and his directive is to seek him. He does not want us to sit around, waiting for a feeling. And yet this is what most people do. We have much more control than that. He has told us to open his word and read it and trust him, because he has been faithful to us in the past, and he has been faithful to others in the past. He also wants us to be around other strong believers in those times because they can encourage us because they are not in a suit to Asian of waiting. They are sensing God’s presence and can encourage us that we to will come out of this time of waiting. Many times if you read the Psalms, you will see this thing. The writer does not feel the presence of God so instead of standing around crying for a feeling they go back and spend their time reminding themselves of the times when God was faithful and being resolved to trust him through this time until they feel his presence again. I don’t know why God does it this way, but this is the solution to wanting the feeling of the presence of God. We have to do the work of reading and recounting how God has been faithful. And finally, we must maintain resolve. Resolve is something we decide to do and we have complete control over. We can decide to trust God even though we don’t feel his presence. Let us not be victims of our feelings.

@@isaaspirit9895 you don't understand what am going through right now all people is doing now is just talking a wounded bird cannot fly, and am wounded and I've been saved in February and now it's December I only felt worst I felt emptiness and brokenness I went through a lot during all my 18 years. But I kind of understand what is happening he want to heal me over flow me with joy and happiness and fill me up till am running over.

Because he is scarred of our nwe life . I'm talking to you like nothing is happening in my head but to be honest , the day I said Jesus I believe in you more in 2020 is when I was literally attacked by demons . Giving me suicidal thoughts that I have never experienced . I see image in my head of bad things happening ect. I cried and that makes me sad . But the only way is to read the word of God in the Bible . Cause that describe exactly what we are going through. But I'm telling I feel that I'm almost there . It will come to a point where we will asking Jesus to come while on our knee crying . We have to ask him please please come save me and my family .
@@isaaspirit9895 Am telling you, you don't understand am not filled with the holy spirit when God called me on February 9th I don't feel happiness joy nothing at all things just get worsed I don't receive no salvation I don't feel delivered i just feel like a broken destroyed vessel, I am not my self my mind is not here the devil is just taking in my head my heart is crush I feel a deep depression you don't understand the lord is working on me well maybe, I've been going through some test and am still faithful sometimes I stumble and fall am empty like freaking empty and still broken I don't feel a damn thing when I got saved things just get worsed. And this makes me really angry sometimes. But at the beginning it was so terrible

Stay in prayer continually and seek an encounter with him it will transform you.
One thing people don't mention is when you sit in stillness get in a quiet environment turn the TV, computer, or any distraction off even your cell phone,
and just meditate on his name in silence,
Because we talk a lot but we don't listen much it's a dialog not a monolog. Just listen for him ask him to quiet the noise inside you also, because we're always thinking don't get discouraged.

Im not even sure how to seek God with my whole heart...
I found this to be pretty hard too Crystal. What I found that works is starting off by setting time a part each day to read my bible. Whether it be a bible devotional or flipping somewhere random, I'll read a verse or two and write down what I get from it or relate to my life and how God's working. Or if I read a story on a bible character and saw how God helped them, I'll then learn and know God is merciful, God is loving, God is a provider because He did this for so and so. Each day that Ive been more consistent, its weird You'll start to feel happier and shift in your mind or you'll see things differently. I made other changes too like altering my music to all christian. (even tho all secular music isnt bad, I wanted to go all in). It may not happen at first and there's definitely no time stamp but I felt a shift after consistently 2 weeks. And some days I honestly don't feel like reading my bible (Im not a reader as it is lol) but I do anyway. God honors that and reveals himself maybe through a confirmation of a verse at church, or getting a call from a friend you haven't heard from in ages or just doing things only God could know would make you his daughter happy. I would pray and just surrender and say to Him What you feel exactly. "God I dont know whats going on, what you want me to do or how I even do it. But I trust you! Please show me how to seek you with my WHOLE Heart! Amen". Hope that helps:) God Bless!

@@cSantiago. speak to him , he hears you & will give youthe desires of your heart. he will reveal himself to you & when you read the word write down & declare scritpure that touches your heart. 1 that helps me walk closely with God is Mark 12:30-31 -
30 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[a] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] There is no commandment greater than these.”

Why does people have the perception that to do a missionary work you have to go to Africa.? The western word need more missionary today than ever. i did seek him with all y heart, i did find him, found my salvation, turned against him and here i am, lost sheep again. carnal minded i would say, i do think i was sincere when i seached for him, but i dont experience the holy spirit that offen anymore. I think i have the holy spirit in me, somewhere but im not allowing it to work in me. and thats a problem. You'll speak in tongues when the HOLY SPIRIT comes upon you. Don't worry, GOD never left you. Go back to him, cry out to him, humble yourself before him, go pray on your knees, it doesn't matter how far you've fallen. Go bring him your questions, let no one else guide you, don't go to any person, only to GOD. Trust in Him, He will answer you. May JESUS Bless you

If you want to seek God and don't know where to begin, it starts with going to God, bringing your questions to him, ask him "Lord what do I do, how do I seek you with my whole heart, please help me, please guide me" and trust him, wait on him, don't go to anyone people for your questions as many people do not know God. You will not find God by asking other people, you will find God through God. Go and ask him what to do He will answer you. He loves you, He's waiting for you, May Jesus Bless You.

I do t know how to hear from him I'm in nursing school which have caused a lot of anxiety which have made me doubt and fear if nursing is for me ... how can I know if that's from him or not ?
Keep seeking. I know it can be hard at times, but he will show up and respond. He's so faithful, so keep praying. Then also seek council - pastor or spiritual mentor as well to pray with you - its good when hearing Gods voice that we have someone else in the process as well - But listen to God above all. :) He's got you and remember he wants to speak to you more then you want to hear -- it may not always seem that way - but he will come.
Is it possible to take a break for a season? I would suggest doing a discipleship training school - I did one with YWAM and that is where I learned how to hear Gods voice and got clear direction for my life! :D I would highly recommend it, especially if your feeling a bit stuck.

It also can help to be still and listen. Sometimes when we just sit and listen we will hear God speak to our hearts. God can speak through people, the Bible, a sermon, there are many ways:)

Ask Him "Lord, please let me hear your voice" don't go to anyone else for your questions, most people do not know GOD, and therefore do not know the truth, and are mislead and also mislead others. GOD knows best, He knows everything. It's better that we trust GOD in everything so as to be not mislead. Go and humble yourself before him, go pray on your knees, and trust in Him, wait for Him, He will give you an answer, don't go to anyone else. May Jesus Bless you.

25. And shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards you, and it will drop ripe dates by you.”

28. O sister of Aaron, your father was not an evil man, and your mother was not a whore.”

30. He said, “I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture, and made me a prophet.
31. And has made me blessed wherever I may be; and has enjoined on me prayer and charity, so long as I live.
32. And kind to my mother, and He did not make me a disobedient rebel.
33. So Peace is upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the Day I get resurrected alive.”
34. That is Jesus son of Mary-the Word of truth about which they doubt.
35. It is not for Allah to have a child-glory be to Him. To have anything done, He says to it, “Be,” and it becomes.
36. “Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path.”
37. But the various factions differed among themselves. So woe to those who disbelieve from the scene of a tremendous Day.
38. Listen to them and watch for them the Day they come to Us. But the wrongdoers today are completely lost.
39. And warn them of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded. Yet they are heedless, and they do not believe.
40. It is We who will inherit the earth and everyone on it, and to Us they will be returned.
41. And mention in the Scripture Abraham. He was a man of truth, a prophet.
42. He said to his father, “O my father, why do you worship what can neither hear, nor see, nor benefit you in any way?
43. O my father, there has come to me knowledge that never came to you. So follow me, and I will guide you along a straight way.
44. O my father, do not worship the devil. The devil is disobedient to the Most Gracious.
45. O my father, I fear that a punishment from the Most Gracious will afflict you, and you become an ally of the devil.”
46. He said, “Are you renouncing my gods, O Abraham? If you do not desist, I will stone you. So leave me alone for a while.”
47. He said, “Peace be upon you. I will ask my Lord to forgive you; He has been Kind to me.
48. And I will withdraw from you, and from what you pray to instead of Allah. And I will pray to my Lord, and I hope I will not be disappointed in my prayer to my Lord.”
49. When he withdrew from them, and from what they worship besides Allah, We granted him Isaac and Jacob. And each We made a prophet.
50. And We gave them freely of Our mercy, and gave them a noble reputation of truth.
51. And mention in the Scripture Moses. He was dedicated. He was a messenger and a prophet.
52. And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him near in communion.
53. And We granted him, out of Our mercy, his brother Aaron, a prophet.
54. And mention in the Scripture Ishmael. He was true to his promise, and was a messenger, a prophet.
55. And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and charity, and he was pleasing to his Lord.
56. And mention in the Scripture Enoch. He was a man of truth, a prophet.
57. And We raised him to a high position.
58. These are some of the prophets Allah has blessed, from the descendants of Adam, and from those We carried with Noah, and from the descendants of Abraham and Israel, and from those We guided and selected. Whenever the revelations of the Most Gracious are recited to them, they would fall down, prostrating and weeping.
59. But they were succeeded by generations who lost the prayers and followed their appetites. They will meet perdition.
60. Except for those who repent, and believe, and act righteously. These will enter Paradise, and will not be wronged in the least.
61. The Gardens of Eden, promised by the Most Merciful to His servants in the Unseen. His promise will certainly come true.
62. They will hear no nonsense therein, but only peace. And they will have their provision therein, morning and evening.
63. Such is Paradise which We will give as inheritance to those of Our servants who are devout.
64. “We do not descend except by the command of your Lord. His is what is before us, and what is behind us, and what is between them. Your Lord is never forgetful.”
65. Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. So worship Him, and persevere in His service. Do you know of anyone equal to Him?
