Awww, good old/new Shelter Island ramp in San Diego Harbor. Been lunching all manor of vessel there for over 50 years. This is most likely an early 1960s Skagit something or other. I had a green and white one with a 90HP Johnson. Ran like a bat out of hell. It was a great boat down in Baja. Easy to launch and trailer. Turned that rear seat around for trolling Dorado.
Wow! That was exciting. It was a close call, but he got it off the trailer. Navigated single-handed all the way to the wharf. Got those passengers on with not too much drama. Pulled off the whole voyage like a seasoned pro.

I have very near this exact boat.
Had he had a control line rigged before he pushed off of the trailer, it would have been perfect.
