I'm purely curious, isnt there any chinese/hk restaurant that sells this kinda food in seoul? When i lived in aussie, those yutiao, chasiu, salted egg, etc can be found in chinese /hk resto esp those that serve dimsum.
Frozen food is a great way for resto to survive. Now in indo, almost all resto sells frozen dish that we can just reheat (even yoshinoya sells frozen beef)
