Hats off, Vi! I've been in Lipa and was so amazed with all the improvements especially the school buildings in the whole of Batangas. Maski nasa rural areas yung talagang bukid, pinilit mong bigyan ang mga mamamayan ng magagandang school buildings--hindi gawa sa kawayan at sawali kundi sementadong buildings na napakagaganda!
