People keep saying he's showing off. He's not. He's just telling Sangmin facts. By changing the music and adding the random captions it seems like he is. He was even being respectful of Sangmin by not showing off anything. Sure, Seungri shows off but he definitely wasn't doing anything in this clip.

Phone plans in Korea seem to be expensive, here in the UK I get 4gigs of data with free roaming to quite a few countries (mostly in Europe) and unlimited calls and texts to other UK numbers for 12 quid a month. Meanwhile Sang Min is paying 9.9 dollars a day for quite a crappy plan of only 200mb and Seungri is paying 99 dollars for 15 days and 3gigs (don't know the equivalent to sterling but seems expensive). I get that roaming is expensive but I think that maybe buying one of those tourist sims with data on them might be cheaper, idk though how it works in Asia the one time I went to Japan my company provided quite a good not too expensive roaming plan.
okay the internet and whole mobile phone thingy seems to weird in america and now im korea. in my country you get like unlimited texts and calls and unlimited internet for like 20 euros per month. like you dont need to look for wifi in cafes etc. bc you can use the internet connection anywhere.
