Abba releasing new music 40 years later? Really? Wow! I never thought it was going to happen. Whether they have a hit on their hands or not after all this time is yet to be seen but here's my tribute to Abba as a 'Welcome back' to one of history's greatest pop bands.

Love the sound. well done!
Can you do no doubt about it.
Great!!! It's hard to judge how much of this would be possible on a single SID, but it certainly doesn't seem out of reach. Having made some tunes on the C-64 back in the day myself (like this one: ua-cam.com/video/56lW4KLD_9k/v-deo.html), I can certainly appreciate the level of thought that goes into this. I probably would have arranged it a bit differently, but I'm actually thinking about what that tune would sound like on the Commander X16 with its 16 SID-like voices + 6 FM voices.
It's not a single SID. It's two re-SID's for a total of six channels fed by my C64 sound driver which is VST interfaced. All kinds of stuff going on here. :) With 16 voices & 6FM, it would sound pretty amazing. Would it still sound 'chippy' though???
@@GavinGrahamBitpop8BitMusic Well, I'm working on a version of my own now which should be strictly single SID. I'm using GoatTracker to create it. Right now I'm about at the 6th pattern out of 24... (plus 1 or 2 broken ones).
