Yes, you can connect the Intel realsense t265 directly to Unreal Engine 5, however I doubt the result will be the same as with Aximmetry because Aximmetry already has parameters to optimize tracking. Right now, we're working on tutorials to post on our Patreon account, but we're starting with Aximmetry.
Yes, the Intel realsense tracker is no longer manufactured. Right now, I'm aware of two new tracker products: the HTC VIVE Mars CamTrack and the ReTracker Bliss. You should ask which tracker they recommend in the virtual production Facebook group, and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

This time we're using Unreal Engine and Aximetry on our Dell Alienware m15 RTX 3070. The laptop can handle most of the Unreal Engine environment.

i am also interested in non aximetry tracking because axemetry doesnt have ue5 yet (found out after purchasing the dual engine)

I don't believe the Intel Realsense D415 will function as a tracking camera because it is a depth camera

The intel Realsense will work with any USB 3.0 extension. Yes, we're using the atomos Ninja to record 4K in real-time.
