In ancient Sumerian texts, the Dragon Constellation was the origin of the Sky Gods or Supernatural Beings who created the Human Race, thus in this light, Dragon symbolises our Mastery to Create, our ability to communicate with the radio of our DNA and become empowered as Victors not Victims.
With Dragon’s Powers to fly around the Earth comes rare and ancient Knowledge of the Leylines that connect all Sacred Sites and Temples hinting that Dragon has a grand picture for Humanity to come together and heal our Plan-Plane-Planet.
The last time there was a Wood Dragon was in 1964.In Chinese element theory, each zodiac sign is associated with one of five elements: Gold (Metal), Wood, Water, Fire, or Earth, which means that a Wood Dragon, for example, comes once in 5x12 or 60-year cycles.
In traditional Chinese culture, the Dragon symbolizes power, nobleness, honour, luck, and success, strength, respect and ambition.
In respect to the Year 2024, Dragon is teaching us to Fly.
Gifted with innate courage, tenacity, and intelligence, Dragons are enthusiastic and confident. They are not afraid of challenges, and are willing to take risks.
In its negative form Dragon is authoritarian or manipulative in the sense of exerting its colonial power to dominate others, so the warning is to learn to control your emotions of rage or vengeance. There is more power in walking away from a conflict.In short Dragon is unparalleled for Talent and Excellence.
History:
During the Qin dynasty (221-206BC) Emperor Qin Shi Huang became the “First Emperor” of a newly unified China and referred to himself as the “True Dragon Emperor”. Then, during the Tang Dynasty, (618-907), the worship of dragons reached new heights. In this time Emperor Xuanzong of Tang ordered the construction of dragon altars and temples.

Thank you for this great explanation. I love the warning of feeling vengeful, but being conflict-avoidant will also cause issues. I would like to share that finding ways to be in transformative "conflict" is better. The Dragon represents the messenger of sacred knowledge and clarity in communication. During this time, we need to learn how to navigate conflict in ways that are compassionate and that will protect truth, justice, and our values. Temporary personal "peace" sometimes is at the cost of long-term peace for our plan-plane-planet. 🐉

The disciplin of a dragon / capricorn sun orientation with my aquarius rising will be tested and proven this year. I find that when I have a subject to discuss that a beautiful chalkboard drawing, like they do in the Waldorf/Steiner Schools, is a great and artistic way to capture viewers attention, in the sense that it helps them to listen. It's eye candy. This particular "dragon" does have a bit of Soul. Dragon has had such bad press over the millennia, I felt it was time to glorify and praise Dragon in its appropriate Chinese Year.

I see it differently to you, I see the crystals related to oxalate crystals and the impact upon health, due to their involvement in degenerative diseases and chronic conditions. Trees, I always associate with nature and some plants can be particularly dangerous and toxic for the body. When horses forage on high oxalate plants, they become lame and the also have issues with their head.
