Jon Kuhn, American, b. 1949. A contemporary Art Glass sculpture, titled "Bright View". Clear spinning cube with internal multi-color mosaic on a conical brushed Chrome base. Signed "Jon Kuhn", dated "2003" and titled at underside. 5 3/8" cube, 10 1/2" high overall.
Jon Kuhn earned an MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1972. He's been an independent studio artist since 1978. His work can be found in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City; the Museum Fur Kunst und Gewerbe, Hamburg; and the Musée des Arts Decoratif, Lausanne, Switzerland.
