hi bro, my motor takes 72v 200amps continuous and 600amps peak so I need a BMS for the cell balancing how can I purchase BMS it is better if the BMS has a smart connection can you help me and I am a huge fan of your works
Yeeeeeeaahh mate, thanks for coming here and watching my weird videos hahaaa... Ok, there’s an AntBMS that is smart, is awesome, it’s rated 400A peak and 160A continuous. If you increase cooling you’ll be able to use that one. There are some other BMS options out there but not really something amazing you could trust. Such high current you have to step up into EV territory and that will cost a LOT more money... $$$$$ The AntBMS has two models, a smaller 400A and a 300A bigger in size. The bigger one has double the balancing current 200mA cont per cell while the smaller 400A BMS is 100mA balancing per serie. Try this BMS, it comes with LCD display and you can see the BMS mosfet temperature. If it’s really getting too hot you’ll be able to see. For the price you could get both models and still waaaaay cheaper than the next power step up EV BMS

I need one of the chain conversations. My belt makes the most annoying noise and i can not get rid of it. Ive adjust and belt dressing and its just gotta go.
Yeaaahhh belt is a quieter solution but sometimes can get noisy. There is a spray to make noisy belts quieter you can get from auto parts store. I just did my friend’s bike the other day and it instantly fixed the noise. Chain is louder, if you going very dirty muddy wet off-road yeah go chain on both primary and secondary, if you spend most time on the road better either use that spray or get a new belt.

Yeah belt dressing but it only lasts a few miles the. Its back to sounding like im riding a bike made out of squeaky toys.

Well the other reason i want the chain is so i can change gearing there easier than with a belt. Thats been a curiosity of mine for some time.
I ended up getting my hands on one of luna's ludacris controllers so now i have all the extra torque and no place to go with it. But i also need to find a better BMS.

I got it by accident from luna. They had listed a "slightly used controller" for $150 my it got to me and i notice on the back it says 120 amp and i see this little potentiometer on the side. Thought well thats weird. Installed it hopped on and went to crack the throttle wide ope like i normally could and damn near ended up on my back. But i had to dial it back a ways because of the stock BMS in the battery nobody wants to help me out with. Lol. Youd think it was the KFC original recipe or something.
I need foot bracket just broke mine 3 days ago where can I get a replacement part?

Ohh Surron is actually struggling to keep up with the crazy demand... my mate couldn’t wait and talked to some other Surron owners and forums and found a toad legal one with 250km only! Lots of customers have two bikes to ride with their friends and that second bike never gets used so yeah just need to find them =]

@@BrunoPOWEEER Hey do you know if Bafang changed the bearing size for where the BBSHD's rotor goes into the core? I bought a new core and rotor (separately) for my BBSHD and the rotor is has lateral play to it and rattles now.
I've tried Permatex Bearing Mount but it hasn't stopped the rattling/grinding. I think the rotor bearing is supposed to be from version B but I'm not 100% it might be too small.
@@BrunoPOWEEER I now realise I need the 629 bearing (or a spacer of some kind) because they changed the size when they updated the rotor design in 2019.
Ohhh I used to know all that stuff when I worked with eBikes but haven’t done much Bafang stuff since 2017... it should fit really tight and yeah there are some specific Loctite just to fill up gaps like that and lock it in place.
