What we thought was a bug turns out to be a real thing with Ink Bendy as of the newest update. He REALLY hates it when you destroy his cutouts now...

I swear to god he would appear after every cutout for me. And sometimes, even if I'd only rekt one cutout, he'd come and leave and just come back again!
Yep, he does that now! He is *very* aggressive when you touch his cutouts after the update. Sometimes he'll spawn again *immediately* after leaving and you need to be careful of which direction he comes from.

Several sections in this seemed like a multiplayer experience, especially 11:05 when you said "should *we* sacrifice the tommy gun" as if when one player dies, the whole team receives the penalty.

i really like this change because he actually seems pissed off like alice says and it's more terrifying instead of just being like "oh hi" at the end of the destruction of his precious cutouts
although i'm pretty sure the not spawning when alice mentions him thing is a bug
Oh absolutely. I actually asked Mike about that and I think it's the fact that you already destroyed them and if he's not in the area (meaning he's elsewhere already looking for you), he won't spawn in that area. I've had him search for me in Heavenly Toys while I booked it back through the toy room and smashed them there.

Okay, seeing from my experience in that session, and watching TZ's video along with yours, I can confirm that the three of us were stuck inside that station in the hall at the 11:32 mark.

If I could get only one more update to Bendy, it would be to make Ink Bendy during this cardboard cutout task as aggressive as he is in the version, maybe not as much exactly but I love the aggression
This is actually coded into this pre update, but if I spawned somewhere else after breaking the cutout (which I fucking hate when that happens) breaking more up to the scripted even would cause me to get stuck and the only way to move me would for me to chase you, however in the full game, that doesn't happen anymore, I don't spawn when you break one of my precious cardboard cutouts, and if I spawn before the scripted event, I won't get stuck, I simply walk the direction depending on where the last cutout is located.

Once I was doing the valve cores quest on Level P, and Bendy, no joke, spawned RIGHT NEXT TO ME.

GOD I hate breaking the cutouts so much bc of this inky demon thing... I remember breaking the cutouts (on my switch) and he spawned just as I broke one cutout by the stairs...(btw I love your videos. Keep up the good work!) :)

When I began playing loads it was in this version (early 2018 before chapter 4) and I got used to the hyperactivity and would always wait for him to pass.
Even after the fix ever since I've always been super paranoid and end up wasting about 30 mins hiding. Level 11 is especially tricky for me even now and as my bendy phase has suddenly come back I'm getting more used to it. Watching these videos I used to watch with your attitude to him (i.e. not hiding as soon as he appears, always knowing there's time to hide even if he spots you) makes me more confident and chapter 3 more playable!

8:14 DUde that happened to me as well..I found that fucker in the same spot Boris scares Henry with that cutout. he was stuck on the wall. I tried to make him chase me but as soon as that chase music played I freaked and kept running into the walls
Unfortunately, him getting stuck on the wall in that hall is a major bug now. A lot of people have been having trouble with it. He gets stuck on the corner and walks in place, but you can dislodge him if you let him chase you...which has a 95% chance of ending in death lol.
If you listen closely you can hear he is breathing

It appears to me that whenever you would cut a cutout and then it lags “inky” comes out to play I’m not sure if this happened post chapter 4 too but hey it’s a nice tactical advantage I never see any of you guys use to my knowlege
