This issue goes far beyond the budget statement. It appears most Ghanaians are not aware of what is going on globally and the power shift. Do your research and investigation to divulge the reasons for the present global power shift. I was in Ghana in January realised how most Ghanaians are spiritually morally and socially asleep when it comes to global politics religion and the global shift. The people especially the media haven't got a clue of what is going on globally.
