I flew from London to Bangkok on Thai Airways “first class”. This NEW first class was newly introduced with the B777-300ER and is currently operating Bangkok-Osaka and Bangkok-London routes. When boarding a flight departing from Bangkok, you can use the first class check-in counter and exclusive lounge, and receive protocol services upon boarding, but it is disappointing that you cannot fully enjoy it because the departure time is late in the morning. So, I boarded a flight departing from London to fully enjoy first class on a daytime flight, and when departing from London, I was able to use Singapore Airlines' first class lounge. The seats on the plane were clean as it was a new plane, but it was disappointing that the middle partition of the two-seat did not go up due to a malfunction, making it uncomfortable to keep making eye contact with the person sitting next to me. Other than this, the food was excellent, and the flight attendants' excellent service, with their typical Thai friendliness, made it a very satisfying flight.

Yes, I am glad you had a good flight. I see you were seated in the pair middle section. We're you traveling and if so we're the single window seats available in your reservation? Now a days, for me, I always take the single seats on the window sides.😊

When was this flight. Last month the SQ Lounges were closed and under renovation. So either they reopened in the last 5 weeks OR this trip report is old.
