Ha ha this is my puppy when i bath and dry her. My bathroom and i end up more wet then her i think.
I think your being a bit rough. I know you have to be firm but how you blast the water on this poor pup makes me very sad.
You did a great job, that puppy was a piece of work. I hope his parent keep up with a 3 week routine, he’s really going to need it. Also, I hope you expressed to the parents, the importance of them, rubbing his feet, and combing his hair daily because it is a long-haired dog .

Puppies are so much harder to groom in my opinion because they really don't know what to expect. I know I can't afford an animal so I don't own one. Everyone always asks me why I don't have a dog ??? Well, because I know how much I'd be spending on them.

I watched these videos before getting my puppy and have been massaging her paw pads since we got her at 9 weeks old, she's happy to get nails cut just the bath and dryer she hates. Looks like this puppy also. But even though we have shaved her shorter i still brush her everyday.

How do you know if your groomer is not kind to the dog? Are there signs?
Honestly there aren’t many signs. It’s more of an instinct thing. Trusting your gut. Also building a relationship with your groomer is important. Get to know them as a person. Almost like an extended family member through your dog
I KNOW there are groomers that are very rough and mean to the dogs the groom. I know they are terrified after three of their toenails are cut too short and bleeding as well as skin on her body. I’ve asked the groomer in question if she was hard to handle and she told me she was really good. So why was she cutting my dog. Watching you shampoo this dog who is only 8 weeks old, I think you enjoy holding the high water pressure in his face far too long. I wouldn’t like it in my face for 10-20 minutes either. This puppy especially is new at this and as far as I’m concerned you are too rough. Holding the blow dryer in his face for another 10-20 minutes is not training this is taking advantage of something much, much smaller than you.I don’t think it’s up to you to train my dog. Run this video back and really watch what you are doing. If you want want to see a good groomer, watch man’s best friend
@@rosekathrein1119 I don’t have to run a video back because I lived it. I know what I am doing. I am a phenomenal groomer who knows how to train puppies. If you don’t understand how to do that or how to properly work with a dog just say that. If you don’t REALLY understand dogs and that they work on hierarchy mentally then say that but do not tell me I don’t know what I am doing because I’ve been working with dogs for 12yrs so I know quite a bit about dogs. Not everything, never claimed to know everything but I know way more than you I can guarantee. So, if you don’t like my channel…simply watch something else. I PROMISE it will NOT hurt my feelings. Oh, happy Sunday baby doll. Now I’m gonna go back and finish making candles because dogs is not all I do 😘🙏🏾🥰
