Practice dash canceling with F4. F4 tends to whiff if SS1+2 hits at max range so you’ll need to be close to your opponent. I’d recommend practicing with other CH strings before this one as this is the hardest to master.

It sometimes won’t hit because of how far you were from your opponent when the hit landed. However this combo is easier to land than the one you’re talking about. Landing 6k on CH SSlp+rp (2lp+rp) only requires a dash cancel rather than a just frame. I’d recommend practicing dash canceling on counter hit strings such 236rp lp (2nd hit) & the 2nd hit on 9rp lp. The dash cancel with 6k would be 66_6k
Just input three forward inputs to go into running and hold forward while pressing 4, leo doesn't have a while running 4 so he just does f4 instead, so on that counter hit you basically dash into running then press 4 and if you did it fast enough and dashed far enough you will pick up
