In episode one we meet Anna, a 29-year-old woman living in London. A perennial student, Anna is about to embark on her journey into the real working world. I love how comfortable and loving Trinny is with people. That is so unique. Many famous people don't know how to interact with regular people once fame hits. Trinny is incredibly charming and naturally able to connect with all folks. Love it.

The best advice ever when you said, “I am 50’s now and I don’t care what ppl think. I wish I could give you that in your 20’s” I am 40 n I am just starting to not care of what ppl think n my life just feels soo full filling.
Im honestly so happy that i arrived there in my end 20s. Its so chill and at the same time you feel just good and look fabulous. Because just you have to like yourself and not every stranger has to get along with you.
Oh my lord. This is the best makeover I’ve ever seen. Usually, you see this happen with only the person being changed into one luxurious outfit (which they could only wear once in a blue moon) and with makeup and a hairstyle that they will never be able to replicate, so with Trinny actually taking time to teach her about fashion and makup and then give her a hairstyle that she can redo everyday is so amazing!

Wow, as a girl from Mexico who married a Singaporean and moved to Singapore what you said Trinny about how hard it is to let go of your daughter as a mother shook me to my core. Love to all the mothers and daughters out there who live apart from each other. I honor the sacrifices we both make in order to bloom.

I understand Anna’s fear of buying and spending “too much”. Fear of excess and not deserving can really hold you back when it comes to making the absolute best of yourself. Really enjoyed this one!
This has been by far my favourite episode. Trinny has this wonderful ability to be firm without being harsh. She brings a new confidence to these women by listening to them, truly listening. A wonderful ability to get intimate quickly without feeling invasive. Truly a sublime gift.
I think Anya's hair looked lovely before... nothing bland about it. She is a naturally beautiful girl 🌻🦊🌷✨ However she did look wonderful after her make over. A real wow factor.

My Dad told me today that I was such a gift to my grandmother (his mom) because I loved fashion, and she loved fashion, but we each had our own style -- I adored her vintage shoes and dresses, loved looking at pictures from her life in South America as a young girl/woman, then a stylish wife & mother in NYC. Finally a gorgeously modern grandmother in Southern California wearing pants & jackets because "times change," and no matter how colorful, thrift store crazy, all black all the time, she loved my looks -- the daughter she never had. That line about letting a daughter flower really made me tear up and miss her even more.

As another academic take it from me, commitment can be bad for the career (academics need to be quite mobile and be able to take jobs in lots of different countries before they land a permanent position when they’re like 40 or so). She has a good decade of short research contracts and moving around ahead of her unfortunately. Problem with having a system still structured like it’s in the 1950s around men with stay at home wives and families they could take anywhere
She was very cautious, more so than some other takeovers so it was great to see how pleased she was at the end!
If only Trinny could give us all a makeover/takeover?
Wow. Anna looks like a model. Amazing. And Wow #2! - I just discovered I have the same colouring (a little lighter, but same) as Anna, even though I couldn't see it at first. I figured out my colours a long time ago (I'm 58, in Canada, hi). I noticed in the 80s when I was 20-ish (when they did that colour blocking, winter, fall, spring, summer thing) that I didn't fit in (according to that system, both winter and autumn colours in certain combos suited me. Those fashion ladies said that couldn't be... ha). In this video, every time Trinny made her colour observations, i shouted, "me too!" in surprise. Every colour and colour combo that suits Anna is stuff I've been wearing for my adult life; this video has been strangely satisfying. THANK YOU, TRINNY! I've been right all along!!!! Woot!

I've been your fan since ... forever. I remember the first program with Susannah that I saw in Polish - you shaped my style like no other stylist before and after. You treat everyone with a lot of warmth and understanding and one can really see that you are changing lives of mamy women for better. I am delighted with your youtube channel. I hope that soon your cosmetics will be available in Poland - a great idea for a radiant, natural make-up, each of us can ... with a finger :-) A completely different, simple approach to makeup - just right for busy women. Super excited for season 3!! And this was the right way to start, I am somewhat in the same boat starting over my search for my style after losing 50 lbs and officially starting my business in real estate around the same age group of 29/early 30's. Great energy and she's so sweet she's been watching you since the age of 15, how amazing is that!!!

Trinny takeover is my favourite thing ever! She is naturally pretty and noe she is ...a...bombshell! Its sometimee easy to stay invisible and its hard to step out of your comfort zone because it means people will start to see you...but they aren't judging ...they admire you and you make them feel good ❤🍾

This is so good! I was just talking to my friend about how I also have cool eyes, cool hair and warm fair skin and that it's the hardest to find colors that suit me. As I am on my journey to wearing more color in my life, I find it really fascinating to try to see what works well. I am so glad you actually touched a little bit on this with the first woman. Such perfect timing!

I have just watched this and I have to say that I am just grateful that Trinny is helping people to be themselves more :) at the beginning when I realized that Ania is from Poland I was so happy cause I am Polish and I understand her perfectly. I am so happy for her that she opened herself to those changes ☺️ I would love to meet Trinny someday but now I am just happy that she posts on social media and I can learn from her 😊

I think this is great that the company founder will work on the make up with the guest and show an "everyday doable" way to apply the make up. No swishing and re covering............. just what to do everyday for a natural understated beautiful look.
Love that Trinny did the makeup tutorial and have Anna follow at the same time so she could replicate it herself and great pep talk about not living in fear =)

that made my eyes leak a bit lol, especially when Trinny spoke to Berta! it was especially interesting as Anna was tricky to navigate toward a change at first, then how she was actually quite hard to match to colours. the subtle hair colour change was great, as was that awesome leopard dress/top over slim jeans. her reveal was amazing!! also, we can't all be rocket scientists, medically save lives, etc, but what you folk do to help the core & soul of people, so they can start to feel their best selves, fuel to conquer their levels of expertise out to a world needing help, is a great, great, thing! think about that for a minute
