They are very similar but the Bugaboo is only tested to Bugaboo strollers. The fashions are also different.

I do have another question if you could help, a silly one perhaps. Since turtle air does have European belt guide, does that also meant this will be a safe option even in my own car & thus, without the need to add on the wing base? I do realize that the wing base is sold as an option. Thanks for your help..
Hi Eric! No silly questions here! You primarily want to use the base as it offers additional safety features. The European belt path is great when you are traveling!

I know bugaboo hasn’t tested it, but technically the car seat could be used with the Gazelle using the Maxi Cosi adapters right?
I’ve read not great reviews in regards to the sunshade - that it won’t tuck back in all the way and flips in front of baby - did you find this to be true? Is there a specific way you’re supposed to store the sunshade so that it doesn’t do this? This is the only thing holding me back from purchasing it.
I'd agree with that. But it’s still a super-sweet seat.

Ahh I want to love the bugaboo turtle air so bad! But the reviews scare me!! Have you noticed any issues with smaller baby fitting in and the canopy falling down often!!
Hi there! The Turtle Air can be used with a baby as small as 5lbs. The smart shade can fall down if not properly tucked away.

Hi there! The Nuna ring adapter is specifically designed for the Nuna car seats. The Turtle Air should work in theory but we have not tried it.

Quick question as I’ve googled and can’t find an answer. Where do you tuck the insect net bit when you don’t want to use it? Or can you remove it altogether? We’ve been using this car seat for a few weeks now and the net bit is actually super annoying. It’s constantly falling in baby’s face and it’s winter here so I really don’t need an extra bit for sun protection, is it possible to remove it?
Hi! There is a flap on the inside of the canopy to hold the smart shade when not in use. You can remove the entire canopy.

The Turtle Air base is very similar to the RELX base. The Pipa Lite is compatible with the RELX base but it comes with the regular Nuna Pipa base.

Ok but what if the seatbelt isn't long enough? I have the regular pipa and my moms prius and my PT cruiser belts aren't long enough to go behind the head/back of carseat
Then you use the american belting route or the base
