Cut your hair, dye it, experiment with new clothing styles, go to places you’ve never been to before, random road trips with no destination, and try something different is the best feeling ever.
Makeup, well I don’t wear makeup but I stopped using filters when I take pictures bc I realize that it gives me a false image of who I really look like, kind of like wearing make up. I feel more confident and now idc about using filters. I just reply on lighting and angles 😂
Nothing wrong with talking to yourself and saying positive affirmations ❤ keep soul searching its a hard process but so worth it and freeing 🌟 emotionally it's exhausting but once you get to a good pace you not only learn to deal with things differently but they don't effect you deeply as they once did and it's so easier to get over. Love yourself ! Be kind to yourself ! And enjoy the journey ! ❤❤
❤ Make up is just like hair cuts or dressing up. Its not that deep. It does not have to mean you are hiding yourself or not good enough as you are. Think of a man dressed up in a suit with a fresh hair cut. Is that hiding himself? Should he throw his suits out and go naked? Stop getting haircuts & styles? No. Self acceptance can be you can wear what you want when you want it. You learn to be happy on bareface day or make up day. You can dress fancy or not. Its all ok either way. Telling yourself youre bad for liking makeup is just more self hate. Its really not as helpful as you may think

I feel like I needed this video specifically about the fear part I been living like that and everything you said and the blockages is something I want to overcome to be a better version of myself. It’s so lovely seeing you grow and re discover yourself and love yourself even more.I feel like I been missing that in my life and I want to start gaining power back.Yesterday for the first time in months I went to workout for an hr walk and it felt great to do something I used to enjoy before I got really depressed from being super ill in an out the hospital when covid had happened for months from having hyplori and lossing friends.While also contracting covid sick at once form two different things has been the hardest thing to go thru by far till this day still because I’m so traumatized not being able to eat and nauseous and throwing up 24/7 and dehydrated and lost 30+ pounds.Belly pain (ulcer). It was horrible but I thank god now that I’m still here getting slowly better day by day still.

Hey Jehiely! It's okay to wear make up sometimes, and it's perfectly fine not to wear one too! I can count with my one hand how many times I wear makeup throughout my life cause it's just not my thing. However, it's also took me years to realise to let go of something that I really love but it doesn't make me happy. Now, I'm proud & feeling better to be able to let it go. I hope that you'll also find your peace & different creative outlet to express your true self. Seeing you realise things at a young age (yes, I'm a bit older, though not that old to give life advices), you're destine to make something great! Kudos to you!

Oh Jehiely. You're probably not ever going to read this but I cried with you in this video. I feel that pain, that longing for that person that I once was. So much has happened and I lost her along the way. She was strong, happy, and so brave. I see her in pictures that I took long ago. When I take a picture now... I don't see her. I miss that girl that had the loud laugh, that sang in the car, and always had a smile on her face. It may take some time but we'll find them again. You're not going crazy you're having a spiritual awakening and everyone I feel eventually goes theoigh it when they embrace and start searching for that when you embrace this you'll only better yourself and feel amazing I went through it amd still am. I actually got rid of all makeup and only got what I needed such as mascara and then under eye roller to help better my skin and skincare now. I don't wear makeup like that only very little and I feel better about myself and embrace that natural beauty

Jehieley use tropic skincare they are 💯 organic no chemicals, my hormones where all over the place and my endocrine system was crazy, the only way I turned all of this around was by eating healthy but by eating foods that would do that for me, using tropic, essential oils instead of perfumes, changed my deodorant

Girlie I did this for a whole year and it felt great. I am also on a self love journey right now. My mom passed away in 2020 and I was so lost I gained so much weight, I was 130 and I went up to 220. It’s been 3 months and I lost over 40 pounds. I am just now thinking of myself and letting go of the grief I’ve carried for 3 years now. I know it’s time because I have carried sadness and pain in my heart and my mom

I love going to gardens and to read and hike. I went on a hike to a beautiful garden here in California and I thought of you. ❤. Self love is first never forget that. Also reading is amazing! I’m walking this path of grief.. lost my pops in march.. so I truly understand ur pain.. and 2019 lost my big brother, which I haven’t even healed frm.. they meant so much to me.. stayed with my pops till his very last breath in mine and my sisters arms.. 😔 it’s learning to live a life without them that’s just so hard u kno.. but he definitely lets me kno he’s around.. dreams really r powerful and that’s how they come to visit.. ♥️✨ wishing you all the best on ur journey’s

Omg JeHiely! I think you will come to regret throwing away all that makeup and brushes & everything! 😢 One day you may change your mind or want to wear a little makeup on certain occasions. Makeup is an expression of art and creativity! It's fun, calming, peaceful, uplifting, flirty, silly, beautiful, shocking ... Especially since you made the decision so quickly! Think of all the time, effort and money your husband, Family, friends & subs spent on your makeup room & all the makeup. That's shameful. You could have at least given stuff away to friends and family. Some makeup is ok to be shared especially if it doesn't touch your skin (like a bottle of foundation for ex) & makeup brushes can be washed. Even Mama Lisa could have used some of it ☹️ what a waste!! Must be nice to have money like that to just throw it the trash. Sorry I Love you girl & you do you and all that. But come on, you could have gone about this in much better ways! Imagine how your husband and everyone will feel about all they put into what you just tossed in the trash without a care.
