ハンダで穴埋め How to fill holes with solder trunkpan DIY Restore #11 chevy 63 impala

前回の動画の続き トランクルームの錆取り後銅メッシュとハンダにて穴埋めをしました。
ここまで大きい穴を補修出来るのか心配でしたが一応形にはなりました。
銅メッシュ一枚だとやりにくかったので層になるように施工してみました。
正解は知りませんが内部腐食を防ぐ為にフラックスと錆取り剤を無水エタノールにて何度も洗浄してます。
使用した材料
ハンダごて 100w
ハンダ棒84g×10本
銅メッシュ
錆取り(リン酸)
強酸性フラックス
無水エタノール
カーボンパテ
錆止めプライマー
アルミテープ
Continuing from the previous video, after removing the rust from the trunk, I filled the holes with copper mesh and solder.
I was worried whether I could repair such a large hole, but it took shape.
It was difficult to work with just one piece of copper mesh, so I tried installing it in layers.
I don't know the correct answer, but to prevent internal corrosion, I clean the flux and rust remover with anhydrous ethanol several times.

Soldering iron 100w
10 x 84g solder sticks
Copper mesh
Rust remover (phosphoric acid)
Strong acid flux
Anhydrous ethanol
Carbon putty
Rust prevention primer
Aluminum tape
