I bought the Omega leather strap with white stitching, absolutely amazing combo. Now I want the black dial version lol.

Crazy - I randomly stopped into the Omega boutique in Florence a few weeks ago - it was very close to our hotel. I asked about it, and yes, they had one to show me! Florence looks like the place to be if you want a white Speedmaster!
I just got back from Florence where I bought mine! Had been on what felt like a Rolex type waitlist in the US for 4 months. Felt amazing to go and get my deposit back!!

Obtained one from the Chicago Omega Boutique about 8 weeks ago. It is simply stunning. Admittedly, only within the last 2-3 years have I become a true fan of Omega. Now, I am a Purdue grad from the School of Engineering, so Neil Armstrong and the moon watch has been part of my "history" for decades. But, my true appreciation for the brand started with the 300M diver with white face. I love that watch. So when word of a white speedy came out ... I could not wait. I love this watch. From a suit to business casual, there are few better watches. Nice review. Love your videos. Thank you.
I tried the white dial moonwatch in our local boutique store yesterday... Immediately, I got the feeling that the classic black dial moonwatch was more appealing to me. I don't own a moonwatch yet.
Picked mine up early in 2024 in Paris. It's a fantastic watch, a great addition to the lineup. Saw it sitting in the display case it it just stood out from all of the other models. Love the very controlled amount of Red color used. Looks fantastic and feels great on the wrist. Nothing I would change. Great Review Teddy!

The hesalite was a touch too far into the heritage territory, being too fragile for my taste (and also I wanted to see the movement), while the white was too modern. The black sapphire struck a great Goldilocks point between vintage and modern for me. Still, a gorgeous watch that made me question my choice of grail, lol.

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on amzwatch 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.
Your comment about owning a hesi and not thinking it redundant to own this model as well confirmed my feelings. I love my hesi 3861 Speedy. I have no interest in parting with it. But I find myself wanting this one as well.
Just picked mine up this past week. Never thought I would own a Speedy but this bracelet and the white dial was a game changer! I haven't ben able to take it off since picking it up. The experience I had at the Omega Boutique was like none other I have ever received.
Love the new White Speedy, definitely want one, but it is true that OMEGA has been awfully slow on releasing this outside of their internal boutique network or big retailers. Can’t wait to get more hands on with it. Great videos as always.

I have always wanted an Omega Speeaster since I was a kid. I remember well it being the watch of our astronauts and Omega also being the official time keeper of the Olympic Games. So one day I hope to have one of those beautiful watches on my wrist.
I was lucky enough to get a White Dial at retail. I was initially told a six-month wait, but got a call from my Omega rep that one was available about 3 days after I made the request. You never know.
I like what I have seen so far but living on the south coast of England the dealerships near me all say they have never seen it and could be 6 months or more before they have one in stock. I’ve owned a speedmaster 861 since 1972 when I was 17 years old. It’s a timepiece for life.
I just bought one of these, Sapphire Sandwich. (black dial though) Haven’t worn it yet. I don’t want to put any marks on it. I just stare at it in the box. I’ll wear it eventually. Lol
Picked up a amzwatch's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!
I actually managed to get one at duty free. I was unsure at first, but after 3 days, it has become my daily. I have worn it every day for maybe 8 weeks.
I ordered this piece before seeing the actual watch. I simply love it and I do have the black dial speedmaster. Both are brilliant in their own ways!!!
Own it. Swapped it out for the black rubber strap and it looks super sporty. I have a smaller wrist, and have been surprised how well it fits despite the 42" measurement. @Teddy, great point on relevance as a function of their design consistency. That's what has always drawn me to this watch.
I was lucky enough to get a call from my local AD last month and picked it up. All I can say, it's amazing. Have the Hesalite version as well but the white dial is just stunning 😍
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the MAMACOO, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
My local watch store here in MD told me yesterday that this watch won't be in house until October. I would really like to get my hands on one before then. I have a hard time buying anything with being able to see it in person. I am excited to see this watch. It looks awesome in the video.
With a wrist size closer to 6.5 inches than 7, I never considered a Speedy until I tried one on. I suggest you do the same! Well done, Team Teddy, on another quality video!
I have one of these and it is beautiful. It’s a good compliment to the traditional black dialed Speedmaster. It’s one of my favorite watches, with incredible detail on the watch face - you have to see it in person!
Picked up a MaMaCoo 's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!
Love this watch. The dial is amazing! My only gripe is the same as with the black dial Speedy in that the inside of the 3861 bracelet can and will scratch the steel part of the caseback. The best thing to do is to keep the two from touching.
This is now my favourite watch channel on UA-cam , such great content and done superbly, well done sir and I got my favourite watch at amzwatch, it hasn’t left my wrist for weeks
My first luxury watch was a sapphire sandwich black dial Speedmaster and I subsequently picked this one up right around the time of release (at the request of my wife who loved the original on me but wanted a white dial for herself - we try our best to share!) and put it on a black calfskin leather strap. Maybe it’s just the Speedmaster enthusiast in me, but it feels like a completely different watch and I’m very glad to have both. As a result, the original is more of a daily or weekend watch for me and I wear this one to work more often.
What is your wife’s wrist size? I would do much like the white one. I can wear 38-40mm quite comfortably but I’m concerned that this might be tipping over the edge. Thx!
@@maxinahunt8652 A little bit under 6 inches, so pretty small. She likes a little bit of an oversized look, but I don’t think it looks too out of place even by conventional standards. Definitely try one on at a boutique when you get the chance, but I think there’s a good chance you’ll like the look given what you prefer!
@@coltonaho1708 thank you so much for the reply. My wrist is 6.25” and 50mm across. I’m hoping it would work. I don’t like the very foo foo 38mm versions and the black…not me. I asked if he put on the waiting list just in case I could get one. The sales person told me it would be 6 to 8 months to get the watch. Incredibly, I received a call from the boutique about two weeks later saying they had one and did I want it. I decided to go ahead and buy it. I like wearing it. It goes with just about everything. I have not worn it with a suit, but I have worn it with high-end casual and other outfits and it always works. The dial is very bright. The watch has a very clean look to it. I ran a comparison between the Speedy and my Monaco. So far all the watch geeks that I have run the comparison with like the speedy better. The biggest issue I have it is with the manual wind tactile feedback. I wish it gave better feedback while you were winding. I have a Glashutte Original PanoReserve . It is a pleasure to wind. The speedy gives uncertain feedback so you never really quite sure if you’ve wound it all the way or not. However, everyone looking at the two watches, prefers the look at the speedy. I am glad I bought the watch. It makes me feel privileged to have gotten one so early. It is a real conversation piece among watch people and it is admired by others just for its looks.
Just bought the black sapphire moon watch in London a couple of weeks ago. They had a white dial there available and I tried it on and it did look amazing / very tempting. That being said, I am still holding out after years of waiting on my ADs list for a panda Daytona. Too similar to this so I went with the classic. Can’t go wrong with this though!
I tried this yesterday in local Omega boutique. I'll have to say that even though it looks cool in pics, in person and on wrist I definetly prefer the black one.
i bought a 2023 sahphire sandwich black dial used for 6,5k€ in perfect condition and i love that watch! The Speedy is the most beautiful watch there is for me. Plus it wears great and comfortably. The only thing that bothers me is that the micro adjustment is indeed really micro (2 to 3mm). It should be 9mm in 3mm increments.
I have the 3861 black dial and have acquired this white dial, most of people will say there's nothing special about this white dial and prefer the black one. However until I see and wear it, it is a different character of speedy pro until I pair it with few different colours of straps, it is a sporty and youthful watch with normal straps, very dressy with bracelet and exotic leather. A character which the speedy black dial can't get. But the black dial is so iconic and pops with the bracelet. So I ended up happily keeping both 😄
Absolute stunner. Not in a position to buy one yet. But I'll be stopping by your crocker park store as soon as I'm ready, hopefully they will be more readily available then! If anyone is in North East Ohio check out the store, it's quite nice.
Bought one in Milan in May, as a white 300m owner I thought it was gonna be similar. I also own the white orange planet ocean as well as the silver dial sedna gold AT, and the Rolex Polar along with the Opaline Tudor GMT. So yeah, I like white dial watches but if I was going to keep only one white dial watch this is IT.
Was considering the black but already had a black aqua terra. Then came the white dial so a no brainer for me - such a handsome lacquer dial and the pop of red is stunning. Have hardly taken it off past three weeks. Availability is improving at least in London, boutique said they’re getting a couple a week
I went in to try one on, left with it on my wrist. I had no intentions of buying the watch. It is a truly gorgeous. Still keeping my 3861 Hesalite in the collection. I think you need both! Great video Teddy!
Was on the list, my turn came around, I ended up getting an Aqua Terra - for my own reasons - this acquirement was my wedding watch and as a bride, the AT was more fitting. The white dial WILL be my next though! It’s stunning. I have slight FOMO until I’m able to purchase it 😂
Hard to improve on what some consider the “perfect” watch - but O hit it out of the park on this one. No “in the wild” sightings. Been on my AD’s list since drop day (no call yet) and a fellow collector is on a OB’s list and he has not gotten the call yet either. Keep those fingers crossed.
Great review Teddy. I just picked mine up last week. I have had the black model as well, but the white just has a little hint of higher class, over the black, but any Speedy is so important for a collector. Cheers mate.
After following this watch from the first initial Daniel Craig sighting and the launch in March, I found it at the Omega Boutique in Buenos Aires 10 days ago, and have been wearing it daily ever since. I've switched it to the official Omega nylon black strap (from the hesalite model), and it looks very interesting.
I have the black dial Hesalite version. Like so many others I love the romantic history that has made it an icon. It dominates wrist time and I always get comments and ooohs and aaaahs while wearing it. And that’s just from me! Lol I had a chance to see the white dial in person and was able to handle it and it is a beauty. At its price point I will wait a bit before trying g to obtain one, but would love to have one in the collection.
Got mine last month. it’s a gorgeous watch. Only dislike is that , The bracelet is a little more light in weight and the edges are a little sharper than a jubilee bracelet.
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the amzwatch, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
I own one, and I'm so glad I didn't lose patience and get the Black Bay chrono (I thought about it). The dial is such a pure white you really have to see it in person to appreciate it.
Although the lume difference is a little disappointing, this watch is phenomenal on wrist. I got to try on the exhibition model that ADs briefly had on hand. The two local ADs I spoked to about it had large wait lists for the white Speedy. I would like one some day, but am in no rush as I have other watch priorities ahead of it. By the time I want one, I might be able to pick one up used at a discount.

I got the Seiko speedy with the white dial (SSC813P) for my 40th. And honestly a white dial watch may just be my favourite.
i bought a 2023 sahphire sandwich black dial used for 6,5k€ in perfect condition and i love that watch!
So I ended up happily keeping both 😄
I’ve tried on a few speedmasters and have not liked how they looked or felt on my wrist. But I still want to try one of these on.
Thank you Teddy, I am following you from Brisbane, Australia… love your work Mate…
Absolute stunner. Not in a position to buy one yet. But I'll be stopping by your crocker park store as soon as I'm ready, hopefully they will be more readily available then!
If anyone is in North East Ohio check out the store, it's quite nice.
I like the watch I got from MAMACOO. That rubber strap combo looks really cool! Been wearing it since last year and love every minute of it.
I'm not the biggest of fan of the Speedy but I have to admit that this white dial version is one hell of a looker.
I much prefer the white dial. Looks amazing.
Looks amazing. Always wanted them to release a white dial in stainless steel. Would own this over the black dial any day.
Was considering the black but already had a black aqua terra. Then came the white dial so a no brainer for me - such a handsome lacquer dial and the pop of red is stunning. Have hardly taken it off past three weeks. Availability is improving at least in London, boutique said they’re getting a couple a week
Tried both in an Omega boutique. The black dial beats the white by miles when it comes to legibility.
Need both then?
I went in to try one on, left with it on my wrist. I had no intentions of buying the watch. It is a truly gorgeous. Still keeping my 3861 Hesalite in the collection. I think you need both! Great video Teddy!
Lovely watch, I just got the Speedmaster Super Racing and I just cant get enough of it!
Absolutely love it! Own the hesalite one, and can easily see myself picking up this one as well 👍
Great review Teddy.
I wish I could afford one. I'd buy this one. 😢😊
Three words Teddy - "I WANT IT!" I have the hesalite Speedy, but, this one is really beautiful!
I have the black dial Hesalite version. Like so many others I love the romantic history that has made it an icon. It dominates wrist time and I always get comments and ooohs and aaaahs while wearing it. And that’s just from me! Lol
I had a chance to see the white dial in person and was able to handle it and it is a beauty. At its price point I will wait a bit before trying g to obtain one, but would love to have one in the collection.
Excellent overview, Teddy!
When people are saying #MaMaCoo is a better option for buying a watch,I very much agree!
Thinking of selling my PO and getting a Speedy. I already have six dive watches anyway but the PO is my favorite. $8k tho.
Really like the white dial. And would also like the gold band with green dial.
JUST GOT THIS TODAY in Los Angeles. My first luxury watch and I’m very proud of it.
Yessss, I’ve been waiting for this video since it came out.
I absolutely love the white version! What a beauty!! I'm getting one 100%!
saw and worn the watch and it looks really nice! 42mm is just too big for my small wrist size and decided not to get it. :(
I own one, and I'm so glad I didn't lose patience and get the Black Bay chrono (I thought about it). The dial is such a pure white you really have to see it in person to appreciate it.
Diff leagues ! Good for you! Congratulations!🎉
I am not a huge Omega fan, but that watch is purdy.
amzwatch has set a new standard for replica watches. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Its hard to tell the difference from the originals
Looks so good
Wearing the watch for 2 months. It's just amazing 😊
Stop wearing and save money for better watches
Great video Teddy, well done, and awesome piece
