Love this EP. Love Hagane, Love Nagi, I’m so happy, Sakura kept Hagane going, and found Nagi. Her chorus here, really gives me the feels. Her natural singing voice, her voice inflections, really hits me.🤘😻 Sakura is a incredible guitarist, composer. Junna a beast on the drums. Sayaka an incredible bassist.
The new ep is absolutely incredible. I’ve have it in continuous repeat since it came out. Sakura is highly regarded and still underrated. She’s phenomenal as both a guitarist and songwriter. Junna is a total beast on the drums. I couldn’t be happier with the new vocalist. Her voice is beautiful and powerful. She’s sounds similar enough to Uyu to sing the old songs without it being jarring but distinct enough to have you yearning to hear her sing more and more. Sayaka is super underrated on bass. I loved Hagane before and I adore the revamped Hagane even more. The new song Hero Time is especially fantastic.
I would have loved to be a fly on the wall during Nagi's audition and watch Sakura and Sayaka freak out when she started singing! She is freaking awesome! Oh, BTW, this is Nagi's first professional gig! Can you believe that! 🤯
Wow, I am impressed. I am pleased that the new line-up is this good. Great singing, Junna killing the drums, Sakura is a beast on guitar, I love this! 🤘
It's pronounced HaGaNAY. HAGANE means 'steel' in Japanese. This band is loved by their fans, possibly even more now that they are back. welcome to the ranks, swordsman. ⚔
This song hits the spot. Been listening to it so many times this last week. Sakura seemed to be okay with one guitarist even though you can hear 2. The vocals are perfect, 100% they found the right vocalist in Nagi to bring in the new HAGANE. The guitars are absolutely amazing, this is Sakura Yoshida style but twice as awesome as the previous songs. Sakura is more technical with lots of great dual guitar harmonies that really give you goosebumps. The only time the guitars pull back is to make room for the vocal tracks to build up, and the vocals are really the slam dunk for me on most of these songs. But the drums never miss a beat, and you are immediately reminded of Junna's unbelievable drumming in her solo drum sessions, which is seamlessly integrated into the Hagane songs.
