How much money
Smoker has more Square footage than my cabin .
I love this pit but out of curiosity.. when you use the dish washer wont all the grease built up in the tank and begin to corrode and build up in time , I know you can drain it but to get in there to really get rid of the grease .. they need to come up a open tank mod next time , just curiosity and my thought ...
June bug june Only dish soap and water in there. And, you treat it the same as a n RV. It easily flushed out.
That is massive. I'd love to use my powerarc to make something like this but this is too big to be practical for my own use.

Question; if you have the door counterweighted is there a reason you can't make it one big door?
There is a point where the door will seriously warp and you may not be able to fit it to prevent leakage.

Easily 600-800 based on what you are cooking and how serving.
thanks, would it be possible to add a 30x4' in place of storage and stay within 20's?
This cooker is already over 20K with features. And, with that added weight, you may have the costs of going with larger than tandem 3500 pound axles and larger/heavier tires/wheels. Adding additional costs.
